From PFLAG's "Guide to Being a Trans Ally": "Be open to the idea of being wrong. The process of discovering what the role that being transgender plays in our lives isn't always a linear process. It is sometimes fraught with dead ends and second guesses, but that's ok."
Just got my xmas music downloaded and ready to roll!
"Behold the rain which descends from heaven upon our vineyards, there it enters the roots of the vines, to be changed into wine, a constant proof that God loves us, and loves to see us happy." -- Ben Franklin

MonicaPzAs a veteran of many surgeries, I always shaved where I was about to have surgery, as well as the back of my hands (for IVs) and the crook of my arms (also for IVs). You are smart to not to do it immediately (like the day before) surgery as the irritation could invite infection.

"People may call what happens at midlife “a crisis,” but it’s not. It’s an unraveling – a time when you feel a desperate pull to live the life you want to live, not the one you’re “supposed” to live. The unraveling is a time when you are challenged by the universe to let go of who you think you are supposed to be and to embrace who you are." - Brene Brown

We will probably have leftovers tonight or later this weekend, maybe Sunday. It's cold in PA, but things will get milder, tomorrow. This...
I like this profile feed thing. I just may use this in lieu of a blog. It seems more accessible for me. I'll just mainly divide my time from shoutbox and profile feed.
EmmaSweetHi Jenny, please read the message I sent to you on this. Let's help get your blog going!

MonicaPzJenny, I think the goal of most transgendered individuals is to match the outside with the true gender on the inside. Am disabled, too, with partially controlled epilepsy and on a cane.
