9-1-1 is used in Canada also.
I contacted the transgender group in my city (Gender Mosaic) and they were unable to provide me with anything nationally regarding TG crisis assistance or suicide prevention other than saying that each city has a help line (centre). The Trevor Project was mentioned and does operate in Canada (Trevor Lifeline 866-488-7386 US and Canada)
