Trina Braxton's husband releases statement saying that he didn't have cyber sexual affairs with a transsexual woman.


What a nice guy. Maybe he's just misunderstood. Here's what he had to say in his defense (below). ~ Lori

Maybe I should post a notice when I'm being cynical. The cheater apologizes by marginalizing the transgender community and I guess things are supposed to be better for him. This guy doesn't think very well. That's my polite assessment. The rest isn't fit for print in our gentle forum.

Well...this might touch off a firestorm, but in my opinion, this guy's statement simply validates and confirms my firm belief that so-called heterosexual cisgender men (aka "admirers") who look for relationships with [primarily pre-op] transwomen, do NOT consider such people women. In my book, that simply means it is their way of having a homosexual encounter or relationship, that for all intents and purposes, does not appear on the outside to be a homosexual encounter or relationship.

They want to appear to be with a woman that they do not consider a woman while they enjoy the male parts they don't wanna be seen with.

News broke yesterday that Gabe Solis, the husband of Trina Braxton whom we see every week on We's "Braxton Family Values" reality show, was allegedly involved in an affair with a transgendered woman Julisa Abadshian. Solis admits to being a sex addict, and that cheating is cheating, but he wants it made clear that he would never cheat with a transwoman.

He's in hot water with his wife... I wonder how long it will be before media and GLBT organizations and allies start raking his his sorry buttage over the coals for using terms like "trannies," "ladydude woman," and comments like "her/him/ or whatever they are claiming," and that he has never "resorted to same sex affairs," as if that is necessarily a bad thing.
