Keep in mind that New York isn't the only corner. Just a week ago, the North Carolina voters agreed to amend their state constitution to include the definition of marriage requiring both "a man and a woman." Interesting that their intention was to prevent same sex marriage but they plan to use gender instead. I wonder when they'll be shown the loophole.
