Greetings...https://tgguide.com/message/blogs/blog/356-greetings/I believe in first impressions. So, I would like to take moment to greet the beautiful individuals that blog here. I have never been on a blog and hope that my experience is fun, educational, and enjoyable. I am Anna Ireland. I can be found on Twitter @grand_irish and Facebook by name. I enjoy being sociable and trying to interact with others who are interested in the transgender community. This means I enjoy reaching out to the confused or lost that do not ordinarily face this community to the actual transgenders like myself. 

I feel like each of us has a story and have struggled. I attend support meetings and have found that there is still a large number of people that are under educated and fearful of what they do not understand. I have been on this journey as a transgender for over 20 years and it has been uncomfortable, but I know it could be worse. I am here with open ears (and heart -and arms) to listen to anybody struggling.

I want to thank the people on this site for opening up a blog spot so that issues and topics of all sorts could be addressed and shared. I also want to thank this community for welcoming me. I hope to be a better blogger soon. Till next time -BananaAnna!
