Riding through the journey of transitioning

I am in the process of writing a book by the request of several prominent people in the transfer world and literature world. Getting started has been a  bit emotional, but knowing where I'm at today makes it all worth it. My stumbling block is how to get it published with little or no expense. Any suggestions?
