    Hi Amie, Although it hurt at first and I had to keep the starter studs in and clean my ear lobes with hydrogen peroxide and apply an atibiotic for six weeks, I love having my ears pierced. I usually wear studs or drop earrings but I just love the feeling of earrings that dangle and move when I turn my head. I just bought a set of gold hoop earrings and they are my favorite earrings right now. You will have so much fun wearing all kinds of earrings and now you know what to buy your daughter and wife for those special occasions. My girlfriend and I even wear each other's earrings but you have to make sure the stakes or hooks are really clean. Have fun! Hugs, Danica
