Dear MichelleLea, Have found as I got older, starting in my 50's, that I get up about 3 AM to use the bathroom. Almost always, once I get up, I "putter around," doing small chores and prepping for the morning, Sometimes I watch television for an hour or so instead, or in addition, then I go back to bed.
