I had never heard of placing the hand on the edge of a table and creating that 90 degree angle. Dear Mike and Dawn, Hate groups and haters will find any excuse to hate. Had someone call me a "red head," because I have a red undertone in my hair, trying to say that meant I had a bad temper, excusing their hate. Hair color has no correlation to temperament.
