Just a question about the time required to test ones desire for SRS. Why is it needed to go thru the whole year, since in many cases, that person already spent years od practicing in closet? Some people are sure and there should be a way to skip the one year requred. Experienced consultant could determine, if the desire is genuine. Also, the HRT before causes shrinkage of the needed skin for vagina. Can stretching preserve the lenght? Didi anyone have surgery before HRT? <_<

So situation: You have to go to artificial means to increase passability. Only: No going to doctors. No buying anything from stores in person either. You are an adult, but you do not live alone. Do you anonymously order things over the net then check your real life mail? Is there some safe way to buy anonymous electrosis which is mailed to you then you use it in real life? Also are there SPECIAL hospitals particularly for transpeople with competent doctors who can do various surgeries for a price? It would also have to be in a pretty isolated spot. I wouldn't want to exactly walk into some building in a very busy public spot with "Transgendered people enter here!" righ…

Hello Everyone, I would really appreciate any advice you may have for me. As far as I am along in this transition, more or less complete there are still some missing links. This is my Question? The department of motor vehicles continues to list my other name from the past. The girl at the counter said that my gender lists permanently as female and fortunately only my middle initial is indicated. My first name was obviously male in the past but with a slight change in pronounciation it could be interpreted as female. However because I was well known in my home town if anyone were to see my previous name they would very easily be able to figure out my pas…

I didn't know if this would fit here or not, but I have a serious question to ask everyone. Recently as everyone is aware in my recent blog, I got rid of a room mate who was like me, transgirl. Well they more in less not only disrespected my dad, but disrespected me. My feelings is and I am not sure if anyone feels the way I do, but refuse to call this former room mate by their chosen female pronoun because of the disrespect they shown to me and my dad. Do you think I am wrong for doing this or do any of you think that it is my choice, given the factor that I got disrespected the way I did. Also to add to this. My friends are this person's friend, therefore one of t…

Hello I am a married man and I have a few questions maybe some of you will be able to help me with. I have been married 25 years and I have just told my wife that I am not sure what I am as cross dresser or a Transgender. I have felt all of my life that I feel like a woman but I was born a male. I dress in womens clothes maybe about every 2 years on and off but not all the time. I will dress a few times be satisfied then wait maybe 1 1/2 to 2 years and dress in womens clothes again just enough to be satisfied but not completely because I know in my mind I feel and look very feminine my hands are small my face is babyish I don't have a lot of facial hair. My mind thinks fe…

Hi. First of all i think it would be best to give a bit of background information. Im a 21 yr old male and i feel like ive been living a lie for the last 10 years. If u were to see me i look like the average bloke and behave like one too. The thing is im feeling really confused about who i am. At the age of 11 (this is the earliest i can remember these feelings) i was getting the feeling that i should be a female even though i knew i wasnt, and those feelings have never left me. I felt it best to pretend like i was feeling normal and ive structured my life so that i fit in, and nobody suspects anything. It was only recently i started re-searching transgender websites etc …

Hi my name or the name I want is Amber I’m currently 19 and living in Canada I’ve had a feeling since before I was In high school that I wished I was a woman or that I wasn’t comfortable in my own body. After my first year at university I met some people and told them what I’m feeling I want to transition, but I’m scared That I might be doing the wrong thing. Is it to late to transition at 19 and if so does anyone have any tips?

I'm a voracious cyclist. I have been putting in about 24 miles a week for the past few weeks to start gearing up for the not-so-rainy-and-cold season here, and during the nice parts of the year I've been known to put in a couple of 30+ mile (one-shot) trips per month. I've got a 60 mile, multi-day trip I want to do some time when it's nice. Some day if I'm ever in shape and have the time I'd love to do one of the across-the-state type events. I got to thinking about something today though. Does SRS cause problems with things like this where that crotch area gets a lot of pressure and/or friction? My wife's a GG and she complains about it. I know I have problems sometim…

Hello everyone! I hope I am in the correct forum for this message. I am very very possibly moving to the Baltimore area from Tampa FLorida for a new job. I am in need of local information. I was able to find some studio appartments for $450 per month but have no idea if its in a good safe area. If anyone has experience in the BWI area that can point my family to a SAFE both for crime and for TS friendly areas for reasonable cost that would be great! A commute on a bus or train to BWI for work would be nice if available but by car is not out of the question. Once a home is found then I will be in need of a new therapist, support network and of course safe entertainm…

I am getting a little concerned, I think it is a valid concern; my psychologist doesn’t seem to be worried about it. So here it is; is it normal to become forgetful after you’ve gone onto hormones? I have been on hormones since January and am doing fine otherwise, but I find that I am becoming forgetful, how to say it, well I am a blond and.....well the comparison is becoming reality. I am worried about it however because I simply forgot a whole week (in reference to my analyst's appointment), Needless to say she was very surprised when I showed up thinking I was on time and she knew I was a week late. Any help here would be much appreciated, am I worrying about nothing…

I don't know where they came from, if they're mostly fat or real breast tissue, whatever.. but I have enough of a chest to get a little concerned lately after hearing some of my lady friends talk about sagging. I know, I know... and there's probably not enough there to worry about yet. But besides that... they sort of stick out and jiggle more than ought to be there for a man's chest; and, well, I'm still pretending to be a man around things like work. So I've taken to wearing sports bras on a regular basis. It flattens me out a little for someone not doing a close inspection, it actually gives more definition to my chest from my angle (which feels good) and it puts to r…

Hi, First off ill give a little background on myself. I'm 20 years old and currently living as a male. I have been seeing a therapist for about 2 months now who specializes in trans issues. I have recently went to a few support groups dressed as Briana, and found it opened doors in my mind. I found that more and more i want to start my transition.(the younger the better right?) These groups dont only allow me to go out dressed as Briana, but also help answer questions for me. I found that im not the only one and that many other people in my area have felt similar things as me their whole lives. I'm finally to the point where i will need to tell my parents who already h…

I am still contemplating issues on feminizing myself. I was wondering if a person oriented there diet to food and herb very high in estrogen could they get female features slowing over time. I am presently vegan and eating high estrogene foods and drinking herbal teas red clover(high in estrogen) and milkthistle(for the liver). I am still in that middle point deciding about being a CD or a TS. Please any advice would be helpful.

Since I haven't found much relating to breast enlargement using vacuum and direct manipulation, I wanted to share my experiences using these techniques. I wrote an article on this topic, and it is posted at: http://sites.google.com/site/sheebalibeda/home/breast-enlargement

Hi, my name is Lucia and I am a Male to female in the early stages of my transition. Ever since I have came out to my family and some of my friends, it seems like everything has fallen apart. My family has limit me from going to therapy and doesn't like where its located(its located in an area where its populated mostly by gays, lesbians and more.) My family is religious and doesn't believe in Transsexuality and think its an abomination, they also said even if I get SRS that I still be a man and stuff ='(. I attempted to go to therapy on my own, but I can't due to my family. Also I feel insulted by my mother due to her saying things like I don't have any features of a woma…

I don't want this to sound foolish but just what are the effects of hormones on sexual function ? I am happily married to an unbelievablly supportive wife, she helps and encourages me to be exactly who I am and to hell with what anyone else thinks. She does however insist that the twig and berries stay. So I am on low level estrodil - and yes I know self prescribed meds are dangerous. I have already begun therapy but I find the best information comes from the horses mouth or rather the T/S . I pretty much live as a woman already but I do want to keep my sexual function. Any advice or comments would be appreciated.

I am currently 20 and plan to go on hormones before or by my 21st birthday. I know the earlier the better for HRT in terms of passibility and overall effects. I was wondering if anyone could tell me 1. at the age of 21 would hormones have a very positive effect? 2. What are the early effects and when would i expect to start feeling/seeing them? 3. From any experience, i know i wont look 100% like a girl, but assuming my body excepts hormones well at this age how well will it effect my passibilty/look of femininity? 4. How long does it take for your body to over come the "T" and really become accustom to the estrogen? 5. What effect/what will happen to eja…

I'm sure that some of you more experienced TS's would be able to explain how one would speak more femininely, because I'm having alot of trouble with it...
