  1. Started by KCinSD,

Hello to all of you. I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Kelly and I have am a transgendered person undergoing transition from male body to female body. It has been a long and often horrible journey, living in a very conservative part of the country where transgendered persons are misunderstood. I found this area looking for support areas as the ones in the Black Hills are limited at best and do not have much ability to connect and impact transgendered people here. It leaves internet/online connections for this to happen. I am hoping that I might be able to find some forms of support through here. Hugs

Hi, I’m Beth, I’m a post-op transsexual who’s transition was not an easy path however when I look back to my own preverbal "fork in the road", I'm not sure how much longer I’d have lasted on my personal path of self-destruction. I had my GRS in Montreal and have amazing results! I’m happily married to a woman and to outside eyes we are a lesbian couple. Our closest friends and of course our families know I was born male. I have two children from a previous marriage who accept me and whom I am very close with, my wife and I are raising one and my ex the other (their own choice) while we each have visitation of the other on holidays and summer. I have a fulfilling career a…

  4. Started by Lori,

I'd like to welcome you to the TGGuide.com transgender forums. This forum has been created for member introductions. Whether you're a new or long-time member, please take a few moments to tell us a little about yourself. This is a great way to meet new friends so share as much as you want about yourself and what brings you here. I'm Lori, post-op TS. I had surgery in Montreal almost 20 years ago. I raised two children, a son and a daughter, mostly as a single parent. It wasn't an easy path but it was all worth it. I'm very happy and content with life and still enjoy a great relationship with my children. I live with my female partner (a hottie!) as a lesbian couple. We…

Hello! So I guess you'd call me the new kid in here. I am. I'm Shane. Androgynous, I guess. I still don't know what to definitely label myself. I'm young, 18, and still figuring myself out. But definitely I know I don't feel completely comfortable with my biological gender, female. I'm from Thailand! Bangkok. The land of smiles. It's true. Very accepting but I belong to a conservative family. Drama stirs up at times. I'm a film student. And I love it. Come say hi!

Way back in time, past the turn of the millennium and a couple of additional years, I used to hang out on TGGuide. A different search brought me to here, rather surprised to see it still exists and hadn't been erased by the message board scouring glacier that is Facebook. Hellos to you all, and hope life is treating you better with each passing day. My hunt was actually for Shannon, someone I consider a dear friend but with whom I've lost contact over the years. Shannon, if you see this, think my profile has my email addie. If you see fit, give me a shout, eh?

Hello, My name is Sandi and I'm from sunny Arizona. I'm a mtf transexual that has just started down the path of discovering who I really am, and how far to go. Like most other "girls" in this situation I was born and raised during a time period that our "situations" were not discussed openly. I felt both ashamed of who I was as well as desiring very much to become the "person" I felt I was truly meant to be. Having lived almost 50 years as the wrong gender, I'm not sure I can correct things now, but I'm hoping to at least learn how to let Sandi live her life in a manner that gives her some freedom, joy and happyness.
