  1. Dear Tilly, PLEASE be VERY careful with herbs or anything else that is not prescribed by a doctor, because it was likely not prepared in a pharmacy. You do not know how clean the facility was where it was prepared, or what has been added to it. Not all women respond the same way to a medication. If you get sick or do not get timely results from a medication, please tell your doctor, so it can be switched out. Be aware the average cup size among cisgender women is a B cup. Yours truly, Monica

  2. I agree with Christy: - You need to have your blood estrogen and testosterone levels assessed before taking anything. During treatment you also want the tests at regular intervals to assess the effects of your medications. There is no other way to do this. - Unfortunately it’s highly doubtful that an herb will do much for you. Sorry, that’s the truth. - Even with taking pharmaceutical estradiol and spironolactone a two cup size increase (essentially becoming a solid B ) isn’t likely. Yes, this depends on age and other factors. I guess my boobs were an A cup and I used foam inserts to fill in B cup bras. I’d also like to point out that in addition to the herbs you’ll also need an anti-androgen like spironolactone. I’m not sure if there is such an effect from herbs or foods. Bottom line: you will get better and safer results if you have your doctor prescribe HRT for you. P.S. I do understand the desire to tackle all this on one’s own. For breast growth I bought a Noogleberry pump system for something like $150 that was recommended by a friend. I pumped and pumped and, well, it accomplished nothing.

  3. Hi Monica, I absolutely do absorb the energy of others - it can be both a blessing and curse some days! x

  4. Christy if you look at the different options you will probably easily spot which one your wife would be if she took the test - even allowing for differences of opinion, eg. We tend to know if we are loud and bouncy or quiet and shy with strangers (random web link to the first google match here: https://www.personalityperfect.com/16-personality-types/) I am curious about the whole academy thing - but that could be because I have just watched the Umbrella academy on Netflix recently and have visions of an Xaviers school for gifted youngsters when I hear the word now...

  7. Sorry Christy/Emma, I do not know anything about the academy - i'm guessing it must be connected to the site Christy used for her test somehow? You can change which answers you get at different times, as we can drift as we become more confident or if we are doing certain tasks, but knowing that as an introvert being with others drains my energy no matter how much I enjoy building relationships - it makes sense when I do not want to leave the house, and then being someone who is intuitive and reactive & struggles to make detailed plans, means if I am working with someone who needs those things then I will have to adapt to prevent clashes. It is extremely useful and I've never seen it get someone "wrong".
