Hai I am Nirmala from India. I am a cross dresser But my dream was to change my sex from male to female. I am struggling because Indian society not accepting transgender. But my inner feelings I am a women  & I must have women parts. I hate men body. But I am a poor man. But I am unable to change sex

 Anybody is helping me I could become a beautiful woman. Please help me.
