I was flipping through channels on television and this show was on, decided to watch it. It's about a female, at the time of the show was 32 years old. His story has many up's and down's where the main focus was on his relationship with a cisgender woman and his desire to have bottom surgery. The show was by no means sugar coated, lots of emotions, arguments on many levels. Unfortunately I am not sure what channel it was, either ShowTime or Stars as my cable provider went down shortly after the show and my focus went to their service center. Hello I am Kim Lynn Guys I do want to help. I have only met about 20 F2M in person but talked to many more. Belive it or not you can learn some things from the M2F. Just look at what we do and then do it backwards LOL. Here I will give some examples and a warning at the end. If you are expressive when you talk then try to keep those wrists turned down. Hi all, I've been wearing Underworks' 988 model for about a year now. I've lost some weight, so it's actually a little big now. I had to put it in the dryer so it would shrink back to a size that wouldn't make me look "chesty." Eventually I'll probably have to cave to buy a small, but I've got to make due with what I've got for now. My only problem is that I've developed somewhat severe chest pains. It used to only hurt when I took off my binder, but now it hurts when any additional pressure is put on my rib cage (wearing the binder or not). I saw the links on the other thread for this, and I checked out a few. I requested a binder from the Big Brothers, and got one. Thing is, embarrassingly, even though its the right side, I'm not sure how to put it on. It wont go over my head or on like a pair of pants. I've been "lurking" here a while... and... I think I'm finally going to burden everyone with my silly juvenile frustration. I "came out" to my mother a few weeks ago (uh... accidentally, she found a note a wrote her that I hadn't actually planned on giving her), and she seems to be taking it well. Okay..so my mom hates me for this whole wanting to be a boy thing..my dad accepts me. My mom said that I can't do anything about this whole wanting a sex change thing until I'm 23 because my body is "still growing"....is this true?

So I'm just starting to apply for colleges.... But when i move out for school I want to start Transitioning... So.... on my applications when it says sex/gender, do I put female or male? I'd feel extremely comfortable if I could put male but it's not what my teachers, transcript birth certificate or so on say. What about when I apply for housing? If the school offers co-ed housing I should just go with that right? How do I explain myself to others? Weight training is something I have always been interested in, but never got serious about until these past 4 months. I'm now starting to see some great results. A question to all the pre-op guys here. When you see your naked body, do you think of it as female? I used to, but I don't any more. I figured that if I am a man, I can't have a female body. it can't be famle because it's the body of a man. So I saw my therapist this morning who specializes in gender issues, etc. He says that I should be able to get approved in November to start Testosterone! And I am going to see a surgeon on the 13th for top surgery consultation and possibly about a hysterectomy [sp?] . So things are moving along nicely.
