Okay, here's the scoop. All my life I have hated my penis and only wanted a vagina. I have never cross-dressed. My only dream is to have a vagina. I have no great desire to wear dresses or look feminine. But having a vagina is a deep seated desire going back to my pre-teen years. 50 years of life hating your penis every single day, but keeping your feeling hidden under a rock for fear of ridicule and persecution. Only now, bring my feelings to light and dealing with them. In a perfect world, I would have SRS and remain in my male body, I wouldn't have any problem with that. I look in a mirror and cannot picture myself as a woman. I am 6'4 with big hands and…

Hello ladies, I am hoping someone can provide me with some advice about my HRT regimen. I have been on HRT for 3 years now. There was an increase in my dosage after the first 6 months but none since. Some others have told me lately that my dosage may be too low. I have been doing some research on the web and it may appear that it is. I plan on speaking with my doctor next week about this I would love and appreciate and advice anyone can provide to me. Thanks so much :)

Hello! I am 22 y/o college student. I am physically male but am move between states of a female, androgynous, and male minds. It is one of many reasons why I have been hesitant to decide if I sould transition from MtoF. I am bisexual and out to my family. They don't like it but they don't say anything to me about it much anymore. I would like to find someone I can talk to about transitioning. I have many fears and concerns about it. Anyone willing to be like a transgender parent would be great. I don't have many people I can talk to about it. I just need someone that can give me hope that life as a transiuioned women can be good and safe, and not these dark tragic stories…

I went to the therapist today terrified of what it was going to be like but she put at easy as the session went along. She ask if I had a time line to transition an I told her NO. I told her if I had it my way I would get it all done tomorrow if I could but she said that to fast. My question is what is a good time line to get everything done?

Hi, I am new to thise site I just found it browsing around for a local support group in my area (none to be found). I guess a little about myself would help. I am 24 years old, i have known that I am really a woman since I was 12 years old but have always been to scared to out myself. Instead i have spent the past 12 years of my life masking it the best I can. Always hanging with the guys got into "extreme sports" etc just to fit in. It has been slowing eating at me for the past 3 years the urge to finally be myself. I feel like i cant keep living the sharaid of being a man anymore. I want to come out to my family and loved ones so bad and start working towards my goal …

Differences in the brain's white matter that clash with a person's genetic sex may hold the key to identifying transsexual people before puberty. Doctors could use this information to make a case for delaying puberty to improve the success of a sex change later. Hi, I had a question about transgenderism. I'm a 24 gender questioning youth MTF and had a couple of questions. First, i was wondering if can do male oriented things like hunting, shooting guns, etc and feel female inside. I never crossdress before and don't really know if i could pass a woman due to big size 12 mens shoe, short hair, and a 38 mens waist.. However, when i walked by the womens clothes they look sexy and attractive . I wish can grow breasts and wear a bra. This started in my teenage years when i saw girls developing and then i wanted those chariacteristics like breast, long hair, etc. I have no real indications in the past like wanting to fix my hai…

I would like to share conversation I had with a male 'admirer' on another site last night (Tuesday 19th July) I had been in the chat room as usual and a male who I have talked to regularly made a statement which shook me to the core. We were in a private chat as id the norm, and he let me know that another person was trying to talk to him, he gave no indication of sex so I asked "Girl or boy" his reply, was astonishing "boy pretending to be girl I guess?" My crossdressing has always been to fulfil a deeply personal need to allow the feminine side of my personality to express itself, even though the site in question is primarily a contact site there are transwomen on…

I sit along the Cross Roads looking into the night with such a heavy heart , The nights cold grip starting to take me to the darkest places I have fought to escape so long ago..... I feel the grip of dispare tightening around my chest and through my souls very strong energy I can taste its sour notes on my tounge yet again.... I am sorry To have to say That I feel like I am slipping away, waisting in this body giving my breath to the very thing that will consume me if I can not fight it away as I have in the past... I dont know if I can... I cry more , I feel my progress slipping from my grasp, can I get a hold of it? Will I be able to recover from another cold winters…

This last week has been rough on me physically. My body has made some incredible progress in the last couple of days. It hasn't been easy. I'm really happy but it I never expected to feel so wiped out. I am achy and very fatigued. Becoming a woman is not easy. I love my widening hips, rounded but and blooming breasts. I just didn't expect it to hurt this much and be so exhausting.

Hello all, I disappeared for a while; some of you missed me (I know) so it’s worth a little explanation. I’m over a very busy month. The events followed each other so quickly that I simply could not react all of them in time, I could not spare time for every activity I practiced before. First of all, I found the Hungarian TS community at last. This was the end of my long search. I was surprised totally when I gathered that there were more TS people in my country than I ever imagined. I jumped into the centre of the social life of this community. This event caused that I quickly became aware of the official regulation of gender change of my country. This knowledge boo…

Hey girls! Sry its been such a long time since ive posted anything. I joined a while back, but hadnt been able to get on the computer very often. But anyways, I was wondering if any of you could answer two questions. One, do you know any tgirls in transistion or that have transistioned that are close to or around my height of 6'4? Also, does anyone know if their are many transsexual models out there? Since I'm 18 and now beginning hormones, I feel like I can transistion into a very passable girl, except for my size, and since models are so tall, I think that I could go into modeling sometime soon and it's something that I have wanted to eversince I can remember. I …

I know I will never be a GG, I will be as close to one as I can get. But pregnancy is out of the question. I have always had a fantasy of having a very pretty wedding. I would walk down the isle in my Gown and be a queen to my new husband. I then would would have children with my new husband. Getting pregnant and all. I have so much envy for GG that have that. My soon to be ex wife asked me a question one time. She said being a woman is hard work. Would you take getting your peroid and all that comes with it. My answer was yes. I would have taken having my peroid. Wish they can transplant: Ovaries, Womb, ect... Maybe someday they will????? What does everyon…

After my first year at university I met some people and told them what I’m feeling I want to transition, but I’m scared That I might be doing the wrong thing. Is it to late to transition at 19 and if so does anyone have any tips?

I don't want this to sound foolish but just what are the effects of hormones on sexual function ? I am happily married to an unbelievablly supportive wife, she helps and encourages me to be exactly who I am and to hell with what anyone else thinks. She does however insist that the twig and berries stay. So I am on low level estrodil - and yes I know self prescribed meds are dangerous. I have already begun therapy but I find the best information comes from the horses mouth or rather the T/S . I pretty much live as a woman already but I do want to keep my sexual function. Any advice or comments would be appreciated.

Hi there. Sorry if this sounds like a silly question or if it's in the wrong section of the forum. I am thinking of going to my GP in the hope of being referred to a gender therapist on the NHS. I'm really struggling on how to start the conversation with the doctor. For those who have experience with this before then what did you say to doctor and what did they say back to you? Also what happens in Therapy? Sorry if this sounds pathetic. Amy

Hi Guys, Well, I'm really depressed at the moment. I was in family court today, what a disaster. My wife is moving to Cardiff ( 360 miles away ) I'm only allowed to see my children once a month ( for two days )when she moves down there, It's going to be almost impossible for me to travel down once a month as the fuel costs will be outrageous. It's a six hour drive a 12 hour round trip,I've been handed to the lions basically. She stated in a report which we both had to make that I sexually abused her, physically hit her when she was pregnant with my son, held a knife to her throat and tried to strangle her when she was pregnant, these of course are all lies. How can …

Hi girls. Everyday the feelings of being a girl are overtaking me. With every day that passes it feels as if I'm becoming more and more female. Is this because I've suppressed myself that much that now, that I have accepted who I am everything is " coming out " and I'm starting to become the person I truly am ? Damn this is frustrating, why are these feelings getting so intense. I was browsing the net today and stumbled upon some pictures of guys with their tops of and I got so turned on, I've never felt like this, I started fantasising about what I wanted them to do to me,needless to say I got myself a little too excited. I then sort of snapped back in to myself an…

Hi to you all, Just registered and want to introduce myself. My name is Rachael and I'm from Derbyshire in the UK where it's snowing and freezing! I've been on Hormone therapy for over a year and halfway to finishing my RLE. My surgery is scheduled for 2011. I live with my female partner and we live as a Lesbian couple.I'm looking forward to meeting on here some girls from the USA. I wonder how it is for you over ther care wise and generally social wise? Her there aren't too many…

Being six foot eight I was very worried that I would never pass for female. Despite this, I seem to have been fairly successful over the past year. Even before I started transitioning I've always stood out in a crowd. The comments went from, "Wow, that guy's tall!" to "Ha ha! Look at the fag." to "Is that a guy or a girl?" and finally "Wow, that's a tall chick!" What really takes the cake, however, is an incident that happened today. I've been working at a new job for about a month now. This is the first job I've ever had where nobody knew me as a guy. Today one of my coworkers came up to me and asked if I could spare a tampon. Now, I'm not exactly stealth, so I was a…

Hi, Every time that I see my therapist she asks me if I have been losing more weight. At this point I don’t think that my weight loss is a big deal. I’ve looked up the Body Mass Index range for a person of my body type and height and I’m still above the minimum suggested weight. She has suggested that I maintain my current weight and I’ve been doing that for a while. I don’t know if this makes any sense, it’s not that I feel guilty about eating, I just feel happy when I don’t eat. I’ve also come to enjoy the “hunger buzz” that I get when I don’t eat. I don’t feel I’m starving myself because I don’t feel all that hungry. Anyway I’ve got this thing going on wit…

The other thread got me to thinking of a hypothetical scenario. Let's say if it becomes possible to swap male and female parts 'down there', and was a relatively safe procedure, would you team up with a trans person of the other gender and trade? How much would your decision be influenced by partial functionality (but better than current procedures) vs full functionality? How much would knowing the 'part' belonged to someone else influence your decision? Me... I don't know if I'd go through with it. MIWBJ
