  1. Is their any way I can have my penis inverted, splitt my strodum, keep my testicals & trhe tip of my penis as a clit and a 'pee menis' while acheving a neo-vagina? I just want to make myself look like a "little dick" male /w a mangina. I still want to be able to stand and pee.

I read in the Flat to Fem program about using Pueraria Mirifica for breast growth. Has anyone used this, how much did you take, and if so what were the results? Just wondering if it was worth trying or not. I would like to work on developing breasts to start my transition.

So I am very lucky to have such a supportive mother. I was talking to her about all the things I have coming up with process and making my decision. She was amazed at everything I was telling her about hormones. Shes being there as usual and I am very lucky. We even discussed a bit womens names, so I have a couple good ones. I feel thats alot weight off. I also will be seeing my Dr Thurs to go over hormones levels as they are. I am kinda hoping that they are low and close to woman's. Im looking for those signs... I guess we will game plan the hormone regimen as well.... I have not started blogging yet but probably will once a firm decision and plan is in place. …

I read a blog this morning and went to reply to it but it was recognized as apam so here it is this way. Posted by Dee_is_me63, Feb 13 2009, 01:01 PM How intelligent is humanity really? Replying to a friends message got me thinking about it.If one were to base it on it's actions one can only conclude it's quite limited. If not,it appears it wants to be viewed that way.Whether you look at it from a logical point of view or simply looking at it from a common sense point of view.Common sense tells us that in the reality of humanity everyone is different and everyone perceives things differntly from one another.Common sense also tells us that humanity can be good and ba…

I am asking this because I am increasingly feeling lost , I am not sure where I belong . I know I am transgender but I also know this is a largely an umbrella term . I wear only womens clothing save for my shirt at work , I only use womens products , I use pantyliners and am taking mild hormones ( not to create physical change ) would that I could I would have breasts but I do not want to transition. So where do I fit in our community ? I have become increasingly confused as to where I fit in , I have been coming out more and more and really don't care anymore who knows who I am .

Hi Everyone This is just a post to introduce myself, My name is Mercedes, I am 34 years old and living in the U.K. I have started my real life experience on the 30th April this year. My doctor has already referred me to a psychologist (mainly for depression and anxiety) after a few sessions (about 6) I got discharged from her, and referred for cognitive behaviour therapy, my doctor has also started me on hormone treatment, first she started me on an Estraderm TTX patch (They didn't agree with me a brought me out in rashes) she then changed the patches to Estraderm MX patch (these didn't stick well, and now she has put me on Estradot (these are so much smaller and stick …

I'd like to hear some opinions on this. I told my parents I am FtM more than half a year ago. They still call me by my female name, talk about my life as though I lived like a girl, and discourage me when I'm talking about anything except seeing a psychiatrist (my mother really believes in therapy an all such things). I told my mother (very seriously) to call me by my male name after she'd called me by my female name when I had some new friends (who'd only ever heard my male name) with me when visiting her (she lets us use her apartment to party a little sometimes, it's a big apartment and she lives alone so she likes having people around). She "tried" for half a day,…

Hi New to this forum, I am Stephanie Elizabeth Anne Butterfield, I am a campaigner for TS awareness in my home town in North East England. I am 44, was diagnosed in January 2007, and started HRT a month later, my responsiveness to my oestrogen has been quite good, being "B" cup going ontowards "C". I have my 3rd appointment with my Gender Psychiatrist on the 29th this month. I hope to get my first opinion letter for surgery as well as have my Estradiol raised to further boost my feminine development. yours Stephanie

I'm leaving to have surgery in Montreal tomorrow. I'll be having a vaginoplasty and a tracheal shave. I'm really excited for the results, I am also a bit frightened of the procedures. I have an existential fear of local anesthesia, and surgery in general is just a scary prospect. I'm also not looking forward to the recovery process. If I could just fast forward I would, but I suppose that all good things require some sacrifice. I'm just hoping it all goes without a hitch and that I have a relatively painless recovery. I also had a great party tonight. Not everyone came that I would have wanted, but many of them were out of town on vacation, or working night shifts, so…

Hello Family, My name is Rhonda and I live in Portland,OR. I am a fifty plus year old Male to Female Transgener. I have been "battling" this condition most of my life. Either by ignoring the urges as I could or by keeping in the closet I could no longer fight the urges. I came to PDX. With the specific goal to "start" a real life test. Since arriving here in the first of the year. 2010 I have so far managed to find a ND to over see my HRT, I'm on Spirolactone and Estrodial. I have secured living "quarters" in a relatively safe building. I'm seeing a Gender Therapist at the behest of my Naturalist Doctor. This is a brief history of where I'm at now. I have…

Has anyone tried any of the at home hair removal systems? I'm doing research on three, the No-No, Tria and Silk'n SensEpil. Each works differently and all three are FDA approved. So far I've found mixed reviews on each, but the Silk'n SensEpil seems to have the best reviews. Before I go out and drop several hundred dollars, I'd like to know if anyone here has tried any of these at home systems?

Hi fellow Earthlings. To the point. The end (at last) is in sight for me being prescribed hrt. I am sure I will not be alone here by what I now describe. There is a constant battle within me, antagonistic forces which causes me distress. On one side is my aspirational commitment to transition while on the other is the associated guilt of inflicting such change on those I love, especially my wife of 30 years. The question therefore is addressed to those who have shared the conflict. Does hrt calm the turmoil? I realise that it can bring about the ethereal sense of well being so often articulated with difficulty but does it do anything about the torment of guilt? Tha…

Does anyone have any good tips for passing as more female? I would love to hear anyone's input on this. I would love to be able to go out more as myself but I am nervous because so far all I seem to get is stares and or ride comments on my appearance. I would love to be able to show more of my true self And femininity.

I need at least 9 inches if not more as I want to continue the depth increase I have noticed and the 7 1/2 inch dilators I have are very diiffciult to even keep inside due to the inadequate length. ANy resources? all that I have looked at are shorter than the ones I have.

  17. I sit along the Cross Roads looking into the night with such a heavy heart , The nights cold grip starting to take me to the darkest places I have fought to escape so long ago..... I feel the grip of dispare tightening around my chest and through my souls very strong energy I can taste its sour notes on my tounge yet again.... I am sorry To have to say That I feel like I am slipping away, waisting in this body giving my breath to the very thing that will consume me if I can not fight it away as I have in the past... I dont know if I can... I cry more , I feel my progress slipping from my grasp, can I get a hold of it? Will I be able to recover from another cold winters…

Good news, everyone! I'm in the last stages of foreclosure and my abscess is finally getting unmanageable! Okay, that's not really good news... but it's at least development. I was in such an awful stasis and it's nice to see things changing, even if it's for the worse. I have a job that didn't support my family, but now that we moved into a tiny apartment in the city, it does. I still don't have health insurance, but because my condition's gotten so bad, I'm going to spend the hours and hours at a free clinic that I should have done earlier. I feel like I'm in my early 20's again, failing all over the place, but feeling free somehow. Of course, freedom com…

Hello. First I feel I have to apologise, cos I've written a lot of rubbish, and that just reflects the various phases I'm going through. And, no doubt, I'll write a lot more rubbish, this being maybe one of them. I just hope I haven't hurt anyone or done any damage. But I must admit, I do like this forum as a safety valve, cos otherwise I might explode. You know my biggest problems with being what I am is not public derision (I thought it was, but it's not, I'm not out formally but pretty much everyone knows what I am, and I don't care), Nor is it my personal appearance (I thought it was, but then I see genetic women wiv hairy legs and male features, they're still women).…

  23. it's pretty much well known that the suicide rate among transgendered people, and especially the transsexual, is very high. though i no longer think of, or even consider suicide, it became a constant thought about a year after entering puberty... and remained something i continually plotted for about 2 years - at least all of 7th and 8th grade. i do not know if the medical world has taken note of the most vulnerable time period for TS people, and so i wondered if there may be a pattern...perhaps something that could be considered in preventing TSs from committing suicide. if there is any one period that is most vulnerable...it may help those who come here t…

here's another poll i thought of after reading dev's reply in the "How Far Do You Plan to Go" thread/poll in the FTM forum. i've never seen too much in the way of progress when it comes to SRS for either the men or the women, but especially the men. but then i've not really researched it either. despite that, however, it seems to me in all the things i have read, information like that would be in yer face so to speak.

Hey everyone its your main girl tiff, sorry i haven't been on for a while but i've been going through a lot with family and friends and well you know how everything goes. But thats not the point for me posting this. So I've been on hormones for about 6 weeks and I have never felt better. Im much more calm now and I feel very much at ease with myself. My skin is softer and I've noticed that I've started to grow breasts. Slowly i've noticed that the fat around my midsection has gone down a little and has redistributed to my hips and booty. The real reason for me posting though is because lately I've been gettiing headaches much more than usual, they aren't bad just li…
