This last week has been rough on me physically. My body has made some incredible progress in the last couple of days. It hasn't been easy. I'm really happy but it I never expected to feel so wiped out. I am achy and very fatigued. Becoming a woman is not easy. I love my widening hips,rounded but and blooming breasts. I just didn't expect it to hurt this much and be so exhausting.

Like, oh my God, I have a varicose vein on my foot. It kind of sticks out and it's blue. Now my feet have always been one of my best features. People have commented on how beautiful they are (or were). And that's not the only thing, all kinds of weird bumps and blemishes are appearing all over my body. How do you cope wiv this? my question is not about the technical aspects of changing the voice but how you go about transitioning it in society. i think i can do a female voice, though i cant quite tell on the smartphone recorder. i have changed smaller towns twice recently for other reasons. i dont think strangers should be called sir and maam. but once people or relatives, most who arent friends, have heard you one way, i feel (kind of?) embarrassed to change.

I had an appointment with a urologist on the 25th of last month to talk about the possibility of getting an orchiectomy. We discussed it a bit, and he fully approved it! I'm writing in hopes that other MTF post-op gals could share how they care for their "parts." Unfortunately, I have had a seemingly continuous discharge (sorry to be graphic) for the last five years and I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
