  1. It may seem far fetched but imagine getting a full 3 dimensional scan of your complete body geometry, This scan would then be entered in to a program that would allow the patient and the surgeon to transform the patient’s body into the precise appearance desired. Once the body shape has been defined, the program would determine what changes would be needed to the physical geometry, hormones, biological function and reproductive function. This means: e.g A MTF would be Totally anatomically, genetically female producing her own hormones, capable of menstruating, giving birth, breastfeeding. It would be absolutely impossible to differentiate between someone born female a…

Basically it states that Regardless of sexual orientation:- Men have almost twice as many somatostatin neurons as women Male-to-female transsexual neuron numbers are similar to that of females Female-to-male transsexual neuron numbers are similar to that of Males. http://jcem.endojour.../85/5/2034.full

  3. Differences in the brain's white matter that clash with a person's genetic sex may hold the key to identifying transsexual people before puberty. Doctors could use this information to make a case for delaying puberty to improve the success of a sex change later. 4. I wouldn't expect anything more from the Daily mail, see how they sensationalize this story. The give the reason for this girls Gender Affirmation as an obsession to look like Britney spears, then appear to scoff at the amount of money she has spent. They fail to address any Trans issues. Boy obsessed with Britney Spears spends £60,000 to get sex change to look like his idol Well I think she's beautiful, brave and courageous...........

  5. “COMING OUT TG” Hi I’m Georgia. I am a Trans Gender person, and to be more clear, Bi-gender, and Bi –Sexual. This means I can appear as male, female, or a combination of both. I can have sexual desire for male, female or any combination of gender orientation. I am in a most wondrous relationship, and am totally monogamous, mating for life like the swans, or at least I have attempted to all of my life, but my former partners would eventually throw me out of the nest thinking I was an ugly duckling, whereas my swan-ness had not yet “come out”. I will turn 60 years old shortly and am beginning the process and getting the courage up to be “coming out” as my TG Self a bi…

As a TG MtF it is such a glorious feeling after 60 years, to feel my breasts as my arms brush by. With the help of a little modern chemistry they have now grown quite significantly. They may only be the size of a French model, but to look down at my t-shirt and see the curvatures, the pointed shape and the nipples outline without the need of my trusty pushup bra that has supported me all these years. It chokes me up, and brings me to tears, from sheer joy and fulfillment. I know some of you must have experienced the same or similar in your TG journey, and thank-you all for your support too. Love to all G

  9. I am not familiar about the methods of how gender reassignment is done with transexuals in surgery. I do not know if the prostate is removed in this practice. My question is : Does a preopt or postopt transexual have a higher risk of developing prostate cancer greater than a man in the same age statistics when the chances are more probable? Thanks

I haven’t been on for quite a while ... after a death in my family and a difficult trip to my hometown and a reunion with my Dad and brother to return and face problems at home, issues with my partner that we’ve yet to overcome. I just wanna be done with all the crap that transitioning has attached with it. I feel good in my body, my role ... my gender, finally. I’ve contributed here from almost the beginning of my journey, as I felt better I’ve always tried to be upbeat and supportive and encouraging to those at the beginning of their personal journey, facing who they really are, coming out and starting transition. It is wonderful to finally be ourselves and live in the…

People , I really don't know exactly where to place this , but it really affects us as a nation ! The state of tennessee , once known as the "Volunteer State has somehow allowed the area to be taken hostage by some very mis - guided individuals , mabye Talaban spies . You may ask, uh what is going on here . Simple folks , we have allowed some religious fanatic to be running loose telling the world how he would , "STOMP A MUDHOLE IN THE CHEST of a TRANSGENERED Individual ". The same group of so called leaders has some Demorat operative , YES A "D" wanting to have Sports bras declared Ilegeal in public on women wearing them outside while excercising . he says the bras have…

I hear a lot of stuff on this forum about people who felt they were female from their earliest years, But we're ignoring a big section of the transgender community. The truth is that this can hit you at any age. You drink too much, maybe you'll go female. It's not so much about mental attitude (well it is) but more about physical changes to your body, and consequent changes in your mental attitude. You notice how men get softer and more compliant after they hit 50, hormonal changes. Young men are risk takers, we love them and admire them for that, but when you're older it's not quite so attractive, We need to dump this whole idea of male/ female identity, and adopt a more…

I want to Create A list of Providers that is Up To Date and Vetted , I over the years have used A great number of various Providers as Referance for Others , What I am pondering is that I should compile a list of ALL , Providers That Serve LBGT patients . What I was wondering Should I cold call Providers ( which I have done in the past , You'll be amazed at how odd this is from the Providers aspect ) , or Use Various Forums to aquire Vetted Providers that Provide Services for the Trans Community . I know We have A Provider list here , the problem is that some are in areas that None of a number of Members live near , or some of them ar…

I didn't know if this would fit here or not, but I have a serious question to ask everyone. Recently as everyone is aware in my recent blog, I got rid of a room mate who was like me, transgirl. Well they more in less not only disrespected my dad, but disrespected me. My feelings is and I am not sure if anyone feels the way I do, but refuse to call this former room mate by their chosen female pronoun because of the disrespect they shown to me and my dad. Do you think I am wrong for doing this or do any of you think that it is my choice, given the factor that I got disrespected the way I did. Also to add to this. My friends are this person's friend, therefore one of t…

You know, I really envy these girls who can define themselves as totally female and have no doubts. For me, I'm on a hopeless roundabout, male to female, then back again. OK, I may have cross-dressed as a teen and had an unusual interest in womens' magasines, and maybe my breasts did swell, and maybe I did have a few fantasies that were, let us say, unusual, But 40 years of male life has left it's mark. It's difficult to ignore these experiences. So, after a long hiatus.I started dressing again, and I joined a few contact sites, and I even posted a few photos. But it just ain't working. I've considered going out and out Gay, but this is not where I'm coming from. I've co…

As a woman sex is very important to me. But I'm unsure how I should approach this. I joined one or two contact sites but the guys were really weird. I'm just looking for a normal boy/girl relationship. I've met one or two guys in the past who were "boyfriend material", in that we had a deep emotional bond, but the time wasn't right, and I wasn't right. So I'm looking here to the more experienced members. How did you find Mr. Right? Or should just give it up as some kind of hopeless dream?

I read this blog today and thought it was certainly worth sharing - Beth "I look at being trans as a blessing, not a curse. You think I wouldn't have loved to have been female from birth? Yes. Am I envious of younglings like Kim Petras and Jazz who either got to or are growing up as girls and have loving parents who helped them do so? Yes. You think I wouldn't love to go through a day without hearing about a transperson being disrespected or killed somewhere on the planet? Yes. You don't think that some days I would love to just be another 6'2" statuesque Black woman on the planet blithely going about her day and not having to constantly do hard solid thinking abou…
