I've felt trapped in my body from a very young age and made to conform to the stereotypes of what a man should be the older I get the more I just want to be me. I'm 51 y/I disabled since I had a dirt bike accident 18 years ago that left me paralyzed from my nipple line down. I've been a closet crossdresser for around 40 years it has always made me feel more alive when I'm dressed the way I feel inside. I live in idaho i haven't been able to connect with any LGBT groups as of yet that's why i reach out online for more info. Standard stuff probably. Confused because I feel feminine and alone 'cause no one I'm around really understands it. But I've never felt completely like I was supposed to be woman so I guess it's gender dysphoria. I've always liked my own "feminine" features; wanted to be pretty, to be adored, and disliked my penis like it didn't belong. Don't know. COGIATI places me as probable "late onset" transexual but I've never put too much faith in those kind of tests. Good night, I was born as a male. Starting with 10 years, I started to dislike my body more and more. Also, some noticed then I had subtle feminine gestures, thinking I was gay too; and my body never fitted the male stereotype. Funny thing is I did not noticed any of that. I am still questioning if I will cut off my "lower countries" or not, but it is probable I will one day.
