Great afternoon discussing self defense classes with another female instructor on teaching females

Dilation, went back to mid-size for 15 minutes plus 7 minutes of the larger one. Think this is a better way to move forward as the pain is pretty bad for 15 minutes with the larger one and think by next week at this time I will be better off for the larger one

Just finished 30 minutes of dilation, want to curl up and forget the world for a while now

This morning is the first morning since returning home I feel normal woohoo

The weather is super, heading out for some sunshine and may be peek at some shoes as a girl can never have too many

How nice, all the nurses helping me after surgery sent me a card, all of them signed it

That is a first! Have heard of patients sending flowers, chocolates and thank you cards to a nursing station, but never heard of nurses sending a card to a patient!

I can understand why they might do that. They were the folks that were there when you stepped off into a new world.
