I finally found a doc and she got my precripton filled. I will start hormones next week. Its not cool that she is a 3 hour drive away, 6 hours total drive, but for now it will have to do. I found out thru my insurance that she had to call it in and get it approved first and so she did just that and they approved it without hesitation. waaaahoooooo So, my insurance is going to cover it. I only had to pay $10. My doc put the reason I needed the "T" is because I have a low level. They asked no questions other than where to send it. It sucks in a way because they have to ship it to me, not happy about that BUT, I start "T" next week and I AM SIKED ABOUT THAT!!! lol …

Twins get sex-change surgery in Shanghai People's Daily Online They kept their shared secret from the family until last year when they came across news online that transsexual surgeries were available in Shanghai. They used the words "stunned" and "embarrassed" to describe the reaction of their parents and older... This is very interesting. It's the first case I'm aware of where twins have both been transgender. I hope they will somehow find acceptance and be allowed to live their lives happily. ~ Lori

I sorta wondered at the purpose of this article since there's really nothing in it that most of us don't already know. I thought maybe the reporter had bumped into Bono during some recent event or something, but there is no indication of that in the article. It appears after a couple of paragraphs, however, that the reporter was simply cashing in on a tabloid article published before this one - which, by the way, seemed pretty decent. -dml _______________________________ After the son of gay icon Cher and Sonny Bono went on Dancing With The Stars, he received extremely harsh backlash 26 October 2012 | By Joe Morgan Chaz Bono, one of the most famous transgende…

By Lilly O'donnell courtesy of VICE PUBLISHED: 14:33 EST, 23 October 2012 | UPDATED: 04:38 EST, 24 October 2012 On the roof deck of their Williamsburg apartment, discussing which herbs and vegetables to plant this year, and which of last year’s plants might be salvageable, Sadie sits cross-legged and sips a beer while Marco cleans and lights the grill. Sadie, wearing a short, fitted dress, asks, 'Honey, do we have enough coal?' in that singsong voice girlfriends sometimes use to cloak skepticism as supportiveness. 'I’ll figure it out,' Marco answers, speaking more to the small fire he is tending than to Sadie. -dailymail.co.uk 'Men get treated like s***....

16 February 2013 | By James Withers " When he walked into his first class, most of the students had seen four previous teachers. And the school year was barely two months old. The girls 'were starting to figure out how the world worked, for better or worse, and most of them had some idea what they wanted to be when they grew up.' The boys? Well, who doesn't know how loopy young men can be?" --gaystarnews.com A trans man chronicles his first year as a teacher

Hello I am Kim Lynn Guys I do want to help. I have only met about 20 F2M in person but talked to many more. Belive it or not you can learn some things from the M2F. Just look at what we do and then do it backwards LOL. Here I will give some examples and a warning at the end. If you are expressive when you talk then try to keep those wrists turned down. Because females turn them up they are showing open and trusting. Guys stay more guarded with that. When the ladies walk it is with more grace and flow, part of the reason is to keep there breast from bounceing as much. A guy will more walk through like he owns the place. There is not as much grace for alot and th…

Angus Chen | July 10 2015 12:48 PM EDT "Dr. Loren Schechter, a plastic surgeon who has performed female-to-male confirmation surgeries for over a decade, estimates that complications, specifically with issues related to urination, can arise in 30% to 50% of cases. Even if all goes well, a sculpted phallus might be a far cry from a realistic penis. “If I end up looking at a little pink skin sock at my groin, not only may I feel incomplete, but I’ll think, Oh my God, I’m mangled,” Crowley says." -- out.com The Battle to Replicate the Body’s Most Complex Organ

Dennis Starr, formerly Dennis Croft, a star in the reality show "Small Town Security" had top surgery during the show's second season. Starr had to endure an exam so that it could be determined if the offending breast tissue was healthy enough to be removed. The results of the exam deemed all was well, but apparently the idea of destroying healthy caused him a moment of pause. Would knowing the breast tissue you wanted to be rid of was healthy stop you from going thru with top surgery? Or even make you think twice? -Mike Once Dennis Croft, AMC's 'Starr' Discusses Top Surgery 6.28.2013 | By Andrew Belonsky
