The stats might not all be correct, and it's a Jim Carrey tweet that Jim Carrey didn't really tweet, but it's funnier than heck: "@ItIsJimCarrey - Gay marriage is legal in 6 states, but having sex with a horse is legal in 23 states. Good job, America." Source: @ItIsJimCarrey, official parody account. No affiliation with actor and funny-man, Jim Carrey.

  8. I've talked about this with Adrianne a few times, and she's all for it. Despite being in a wheelchair, I still know how to fight, and feel like I could be a good instructor. It's not martial arts. It's completely different. I won't teach anyone how to use a weapon, but I will teach them how to defend themselves against someone using a weapon against them. I've been in countless fights over the years and the only time I was on the losing end is when 4 cowards jumped me from behind. All that said, I'm sure I could help some people out. I wouldn't set an age limit, but I think I would do best with kids. They're usually a lot more open to taking in information, wherea…

Okay...I understand why commercials aimed at men use sexy women to advertise products. But why do commercials aimed at women... use sexy women to advertise the products?? I mean...women like make-up, perfumes, lotions and stuff...things to make the hair soft, the legs smooth, and boobs look bigger and perkier, and already regularly search for and shop for that miracle product. Yet there are commercials (like lip stick commercials for example) that seem to rival those late nite date/phone sex commercials where the models are trying to entice men to call them. So what's the deal? -Curious Mike

I absolutely HATE the Fourth of July. The booms cause me to have flashbacks. Adrianne is pretty nonchalant about it. Like she either just flat out doesn’t care, or she’s just bored with what I’m going through, as if I’m faking it or something. I have literal brain damage. There’s missing gray matter. The drugs I did when I was younger, and the violence I’ve been through has turned my brain into swiss cheese. Add that in top of not only drug related flashbacks, but also flashbacks to when I was in the military, and I go through a Hell that I don’t even know how to describe. If I could go back in time, I would keep myself from enlistment.

  11. NOTE: I really didn't know where to put this post - in the General TG Discussion forum, the Celebrity Ally forum, or the TG News & Happenings forum. Canseco isn't trans - so much for TG discussion. He's far from making a good ally. And, this is hardly news. So he ended up here... in the off-topic forum. I just brought the story to the board to spark some discussion, see what comments members might have about this. -Mike 31 July 2015, gaily grind " ā€œOnce I watched it more and more, and realized what it really entailed, what he was going through, I started supporting him.ā€" Former MLB Player Jose Canseco Will Live ā€œAs A Womanā€ For A Week To Understand Caitlyn

I love astronomy. I'm always watching series like The Universe on TV. I actually have the first 3 seasons on DVD. Netflix is a gold mine for astronomy documentaries. Aliens are fun to see on occasion, but I'm talking about interplanetary and intergalactic studies. I love seeing nebulae. My favorite is The Pillars Of Creation. But neutron stars, quasars, and black holes fascinate me also. I almost went nuts when we finally got an actual pic of a black hole recently. I absolutely studying everything in the unknown. I had thought at one time about going into astronomy, but I've never been a good student. I don't have the self discipline to devote myself to my studies to earn…

  14. Why would she do this you ask? Because Lyin' Boebert is more concerned with protecting guns than she is children. She's lower than a snakes belly in a wagon rut. I know it's not LGBTQ+ related, but I still felt this is something needed to be seen by everyone. There is brief strong language in the video, which is why I wanted to share the link instead of embed it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CsGczbMkTmA

I'm considering getting a tarantula. My question is, has anyone here had a tarantula? What species did you have? How was its temperament? Was it comfortable being handled? What was its habitat setup? Pretty much anything you can tell me. Also my biggest question, is what species you would recommend for a first timer. I've been reading at http://www.tomsbigspiders.com and there's a great list of suitable species for beginners. There's a few I like, but I want to see what those that have had them have to say. I had a scorpion when I was a teenager, and know how to handle them. But even though they are both arachnids, that's like comparing a dog and a bird. So any advic…

Hi, I would like to share with you all something that I read recently. I read this article which explains some habits that accelerate the signs of aging, https://www.mcleanclinic.com/blog/skin-care/5-habits-accelerate-signs-aging/ . Most of these things are what we do unknowingly on a daily basis. Even though we cannot stop ourselves from aging, there are some things that we can keep in mind to reduce its speed. Smoking not only causes cancer, but even damages our skin beyond what we imagine. And so does excessive sugar consumption. Things like too much exposure to sun and neglecting our skin are also some factors that accelerates aging. We should alwa…

Voted the student with "Most School Spirit" by her peers, Kaitlyn was an active cheerleader, a basketball player, a camp counselor and cheering coach, and a medical assistant training to join the nursing program at Valencia College after graduation. She looked forward to a career helping others and a memorable final year of high school. At the beginning of the school year, Kaitlyn made friends with a 14-year-old freshmen girl in Seba…

What type of kid were you as you were growing up? Everyone was something different, but usually had something in common. I'm just curious to see how people grew up. I highly doubt any of us came out at the age of 3, and that most of us were forced to succumb to social conformity. I myself was a goth and a loner. Severely outcast. Dark, brooding, dangerous. I'm still that way, but more calculating. And in some cases completely the opposite. I've always been open minded, though that may not show. So what were ya?

  20. If I had any marbles left I'd be looking for them instead, but this isn't the problem. I have a song lyric stuck in my head, and no matter what I do, it keeps repeating itself, over and over. I've tried listening to music, watching videos, playing video games, playing with my babies, and everything else I can think of. Nothing works. I'm about to paint a target on the wall and try running head first into it. Well, wheelchairing head first, but to hell with semantics. I also have a cast iron skillet. It's cold out and raining, so maybe a "polar plunge" would do the trick? It's not exactly December anymore, but it's still colder than a well diggers butt out there. And I hav…

So I know with myself navigating this transition and relearning me it's been a challenging and somewhat lonely experience. That leads me to my question, are there any resources out there that you know that may assist in finding a mentor or even just a pen pal to help support through this journey? Additionally, any ideas that could support those transitioning while incarcerated? I know many in prison that are lost and confused trying to find their way through their own transition.
