  1. I wouldn't expect anything more from the Daily mail, see how they sensationalize this story. The give the reason for this girls Gender Affirmation as an obsession to look like Britney spears, then appear to scoff at the amount of money she has spent. They fail to address any Trans issues. Boy obsessed with Britney Spears spends £60,000 to get sex change to look like his idol Well I think she's beautiful, brave and courageous...........

I recently read Jack Kerouac’s novel On the Road. It is based on the author’s travels throughout the country. It is a trip filled with wild adventure, madness, heavy drinking and aimless activity. I don’t know if I could have survived such a journey without going mad. As I look back on my life, I have traveled a similar though shorter road. I traveled a bit when I was younger and some when in my thirties. I didn’t drink or engage in wild parties but observed what was happening around me. If I had not accepted Jesus into my heart I would have wandered around the country. Prior to that, I was asking questions about the meaning of life. The past several yea…

It has been 5 weeks now and the euphoria has worn off and it is just life now. I have been very fortunate in that I have not met with any bad reactions as of yet , I have been treated well by all and have even been hit on a few times ! I am just enjoying my life now and to my surprise I have found a confidence I never knew I had . My wife is still having a hard time with this at times but she is happy for me and remains supportive , I dare say we have even grown closer and I did not think that was possible as close as we are . It is wonderful to finally be living the life I was always meant to live .

I read a blog this morning and went to reply to it but it was recognized as apam so here it is this way. Posted by Dee_is_me63, Feb 13 2009, 01:01 PM How intelligent is humanity really? Replying to a friends message got me thinking about it.If one were to base it on it's actions one can only conclude it's quite limited. If not,it appears it wants to be viewed that way.Whether you look at it from a logical point of view or simply looking at it from a common sense point of view.Common sense tells us that in the reality of humanity everyone is different and everyone perceives things differntly from one another.Common sense also tells us that humanity can be good and ba…

Hello. I went into the F2M forum by mistake, silly me, but I did notice they have a pinned F2M introductions topic. Just curious why we don't have the same. Take care, HL.

I had posted a little while back about starting an antiandrogen and what its affects are. Well now I've been on that for a month or so and I am starting to have estrogen added into my dosage. I'm 19 how long before I start to see results like breast growth and fat redistribution?

  10. Talking with a tgirl friend, she reminded me that as boys we travelled light – carrying just a thin wallet, smart phone and biz cards in our jacket pockets (or pants pockets if not wearing a jacket) and some folding money in our boy pants pockets. That was all that we needed. I rolled my eyes and laughed when she asked me if I could still travel as light. No way I said. A girl never knows what she may need out in the cruel world for just a few hours or longer. Then I picked up my everyday bag, a Tods Shopper Tote, and started taking inventory. What can I say – bigger is definitely better as far as a bag or purse is concerned. Take a look at what I carry around ev…

Forced into a vulvoplasty due to exposure to agent orange in 1985. Member of Blackwater mercenary group for 45 years. Diagnosed with dermatomyositis (muscles detaching from tendons) by mayo 18 years ago. Past February, at deaths door...pain unbearable. Testicles to the point I could not move. My doctor / surgeon recommended removal. He discovered that my testicles although appearing normal size, aspiration showed they were the size of a peanut. Still producing some kind of messed up testosterone. The pain I had suffered for the past 17 years was finally gone. I had 9 penis implants. All had issues. Finally decided to remove implant and give up on sex. 67 years…

Hello people, I'm Danielle or Miss D, whichever people prefer. I'm 7-8 months into my transition and things are going rather well although I've had quite a difficult time acquiring anti androgens in injection form. I'm curious of anyone here is privy to safe methods of which to acquire them as I was on them for the first 3 months but haven't been able to continue on them due to continually having to switch GPs as a result of changing areas and addresses. Any advice would be wonderful and most appreciated x

Ok I know this may sound odd but I don't know wheather to get excited or go to the doctor. I have been taking climara (patches) for 3.5 months now and the other day when I went to shower OMG my breast area was red (the shape of a female breast). The next day it was nearly gone but a day or so later and now my nipples are getting tough and more sensative if that makes ant sense. and the nipple area tingles a bit at times. So my question is should I jump for joy or rush out to find an endochinologist ? Any thoughts here would be appreciated . Thanks ladies.

When thinking about passing in public the number one critic for years were children. I would get “the stare” and happy they did not say something like “mommy, (while pointing) is that a girl or a man?”. I never did get that done (the verbal aspect) to me but was in constant fear it would happen to me and everyone would stare at me. The reason for bringing this up is having to wait for a pizza tonight for about 15 minutes with a crowded Little Caesars with lots of parents and children, not one odd stare which is the norm now but had me revisit my past memories. Anyways thought it was worth bringing it up as I am sure most trans-people get this at least once or twice. Th…

The US FDA recently approved a new in home laser hair removal system called the TRIA. I understand after watching it demo'd by a local cosmetic surgeon that though it is kinda pricey, it does work just like the real deal. If anything it might make shaving a thing of the past! Quote from a consumers report website "Although no in-clinic professional, or at-home laser hair removal device can currently claim permanent hair removal, permanent hair reduction is achievable using this device." Caveat - it only works on dark hairs - semi-light brown to black. People of dark complexion it is not recommended for. If however you are light skinned and have dark hair - this ma…

I alluded to this subject in a comment to a topic I started in November. "The New York Times" has today an interesting, fairly long article about the process I previously mentioned. The article is on the paper's website in the 'fashion and style section," entitled "Your own fat, relocated." Fat is removed from a lower part of the body and injected into one's breasts. Some advocates contend up an increase of up to about two cup sizes is possible. However, some doctors caution of possible detrimental effects on a person's health. This will probably start to get more attention in this country.

Hi all, I was on Estradiol for two years before, for reasons beyond my control, I was been cut off in mid December. I may be able to get a resupply in April. My question is: what effects of this lull are going to have on my body? Thank you for any replies in advance.

  21. Ok , here is My Quandry .... I want to Create A list of Providers that is Up To Date and Vetted , I over the years have used A great number of various Providers as Referance for Others , What I am pondering is that I should compile a list of ALL , Providers That Serve LBGT patients . What I was wondering Should I cold call Providers ( which I have done in the past , You'll be amazed at how odd this is from the Providers aspect ) , or Use Various Forums to aquire Vetted Providers that Provide Services for the Trans Community . I know We have A Provider list here , the problem is that some are in areas that None of a number of Members live near , or some of them ar…

I was told over phone that the reason I am being denied for my breasts augmentation surgery cause I yet to completed 24 months of Hormones Replacement Therapy and not completed 24 months living as a female. Based on New York State Medicaid Policy. I truly expressed how I felt and how this is truly unfair by denying my Gender Dysphoria Treatment. I stated that when I originally had Doctor Jerry Chang to submit pre-authorization for breasts augmentation surgery I was denied on March 20, 2018 where United Health Care Community Plan was following United Health Care Community Plan Policy, Policy Number CS145.A, Effective Date 10/1/2017. Hi Guys, I've just joined today and wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I'm a 35 year old married " male " from England with 2 children and I was diagnosed with GID last year. I knew I was a girl I think from the age of five, my first memories were nothing special. I acted like a girl because I am a girl, at that age I thought all girls had a penis so this didn't bother me, until my mother had a baby girl. I soon noticed the difference between me and my sister and I started wondering why I had this thing between my legs and she did not. From then on through my life when ever I acted like a girl or wanted to do effeminate things, I would be heavily chastised by …

It wasn't nearly as bad as I expected. The best part was the questionaire the nurse wrote out before we started. Have any of the women in your family had breast cancer? Have you yourself ever had any kind of cancer? Are you taking any hormones or birth control pills? I told her that I've been on estradiol for 2 1/2 years. What would you say was your approximate age when you had your first period? At this point I started to laugh. Then I told her that I'm transsexual. Oh! I couldn't tell. So you never had a period. I guess I don't need to ask the one about giving birth either. I'm sorry if the question was embarrasing. No, I didn't think it was e…
