my name is Emery and i'm a 21 yr old transguy from Hayward (in the east bay area), CA. i'm not usually a fan of forums but this one looks like an actual good one. (: where i live currently i have virtually no support in the way of my being trans and it's something that i've been wracking my brain about -- how to find support and this could possibly be my answer. my best friend has been my dog Chloe for several years. she's a very tiny (but mighty) yorkshire terrier. i'm a big fan of films/movies as well as tv shows. i do like music, Green Day being my favourite, but i do admit i don't always keep up w/the newest artists or music, but that's okay w/me. i'm very ope…

Hey and Hello everyone! Wow, a transgender forum place that seems legit and active. I'm excited! Too much crap on the internet. Here's my intro then: My name's Mikey. At least that's what most people call me. I go by Mike as guy, Michelle as female. I'm androgynous I guess. Was going to transition MTF a few years ago but stopped due to... never mind. I live in South Florida, like to travel everywhere but SoFlo is my home. I'm an intellectual, so to speak, i.e. interested in things of the mind more so than things of the body, and I'm utterly "serious", that is non-smiling, but I'm also goofy as hell. Makes sense? Not really. But that's how it is. Hoping to meet fellow "sis…

Hello everyone. My name is Javan, and I'm a 19 year old Canadian boy. In my mind, I am male, and I believe I've always been male. Lately, I've been having these deep feelings of confusion and hatred for myself and my body. Every glance at the mirror hurts, especially when I look below my neck. Chatting with my friends who refer to me as He or him, is the only thing that eases that pain. I'm still having some confusion about my gender and what I should and should not be, but I hope to find out soon and finally live comfortably with myself. I hope I can make some new friends and that we can all get along really well, I am pleased to be here. With lot…

My name is Nathan, but most everyone else calls me Nate, so feel free to do so as well! I am FtM and really only recently came out as such. I was at first labelling myself as genderfluid because i was nervous about my normally "flip-floppy" brain deciding i was alright with my birth sex, and really, most of the time i didn't even think too much of my gender. But after a while, i realized i was much more comfortable with acknowledging myself as complete male, I am 18 currently, but since i was 11 i had been less and less comfortable with being a female and secretly hated when anyone drew attention to the fact that i "was a girl". I am still in the closet to my parents, …

Hi everyone, I am glad I found this. I am new to everything and have recently been coming to terms with who I am. This is something that I have always known , even being a kid at 5 yrs young. Everything in my head has always viewed myself as a feminine soul. At one time in my twenties I had really considered making a transition but figured I was meant to learn something as a man. I have come to realize that may not be the case. I am learning everything to consider but I just recently really come to the realization that I am transgender. I identify with woman so much that I figured it would be best to get this worked thru. SO i first started at am I even transgender. F…

Wanted to say hi. I am a closeted individual. Started having feelings at age 5. From age 5-9 used to try and roll my member back inside itself so I could have a smooth flat female crotch. Around age 10 new this was "unacceptable" to society standards so tried to hide it. Was a 4 sport high school and 2 sport college athlete. Work in college athletic setting now. Since college the feelings have been coming back strong

Hi. I don't really know what to say except that my girl-name is Melody and this is all very new to me. It's only been in the last few months that I've been able to identify the feelings I've had all my life. You all are the first people I've ever told my girl name to. Thank you. It's a relief just to say that. I look forward to meeting and talking to you all. Melody

So, first post - always hard to know what to say. I identify as MtF transgender; and I'm starting to find my way in the world. I'm out to some close friends socially and at work, although not fully yet. I hope that will change as my confidence grows. Anyway I will lurk a bit, say hi if you like.

Hi, I have just joined up. I dunno what I am at the moment or want to be, just. Im male at the moment, but all way through life I have always wished I was a female, rather than a male. Probably the time when it really sank home was during senior school when there was a lad in my class and I always thought I wish I was able to be a female and I would ask him to be my boyfriend. It wasn't that I was attracted to him, but I was seeing myself attracted to him as if I was a female not male and to be able to make love as a female with him and have babies. Since that point 15 years ago it has always been in my head and heart that I want to be a woman, but one thing hold…

Hi All, My name is Sarah. I came to terms with being transgendered late in life ( mid 40's ). It's amazing to me how long I denied the truth, but I've always known that I was a woman. I have a great therapist to talk to. I've also spoken with my priest at the Episcopal church that I attend. She does not have a problem with me being trans. I feel so much closer to God now that I have "come out" to him and admitted the truth to him I won't be able to do reassignment as my nest surgery will be a lung transplant ( I hope ). Anyway. Hi and be well, Sarah

Well this really being my intro I would like to say hello to everyone, and I want you all to know I admire your strengths and courage to be who you were always meant to be. Hm-mm about me, well I am from San Francisco perhaps I might be familiar to some and others not at all. I guess why I am really here is because I know who I am and I am a very supportive man who can really listen so if you need a pal then you ought to remember me. Well all I can say really is I am here, glad to be here and a delightful woman invited me here on my Twitter so I feel at home. Thankyou. Josef

I'm Roger, A true transgender admirer, I have been looking for a sight for awhile to talk with like minded people. I am from the Mid west and there is not much of a trans seen around my neck of the woods. I have dated a few Trans Women and I am looking for a LTR.
