  1. Hello to everyone Now - how do I introduce myself? What labels/descriptions/terminolgy do I use? Gender and gender identity is so complex and individual that sometimes none of the prepaid labels seem to fit. First of all, "Ben Verona" is not my real name, but I guess many people here use a pseudonymn. On the face of it I'm a 64 year old man living in England. Here's the first stumbling block - your image of "64" might conjure up the word "old". Well - I don't feel "old" but I am also entirely comfortable with my age. I'm far more at one with myself than I was when I was 30. So - I'm biologically male but for many years I have identified more with my feminine psyc…

I am a 27 year old MTF crossdresser and considering becoming a full Transgender woman and completing the surgery. In the meantime, I am here looking for other crossdresser/transgender friends to connect with and talk to. It would be even more incredible if I could find some friends that lived close by me in the Columbus, OH to Marion, OH area to hang out with, have girls days with, go shopping with, drinks, look at cute boys and girls together with. Someone to dress up with and just be girls with. I am looking for friends only. I am in a committed relationship with a girl and just looking to have "girl"friends to do things with.

Hello, My name is Sandi and I'm from sunny Arizona. I'm a mtf transexual that has just started down the path of discovering who I really am, and how far to go. Like most other "girls" in this situation I was born and raised during a time period that our "situations" were not discussed openly. I felt both ashamed of who I was as well as desiring very much to become the "person" I felt I was truly meant to be. Having lived almost 50 years as the wrong gender, I'm not sure I can correct things now, but I'm hoping to at least learn how to let Sandi live her life in a manner that gives her some freedom, joy and happyness.

Like in the title, my name is Ashley and I identify as a pansexual pre-op transgender Wiccan man who was in a bit of denial for the first 24 years of my life. Well not quite denial until I was in fourth grade. Up until that point, I just thought of myself as different but a normal kid nonetheless. My earliest memories of my childhood was the continuous shunning of dresses, dolls, tea sets and tea parties for playing with the boys in the neighborhood, playing on my Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle big wheel, and always wearing little boy's clothing. Then around fourth grade, I started to realize I was attracted to both boys and girls and started making myself feel guilt…

Hi everyone..first of all i would like to say thanks to all of you for sharing yourselves and making me and everyone feel comfortable in our endeavors..I guess i been doing this all my life..but most times i supressed it cos i was supposed to be a guy..i thought i wasnt normal or something was "wrong". I always hid who i wanted to be in favor of who i was expected to be..but no longer!! better late then never right? I truly wish i had the courage to be who i wanted to long long ago..instead of purging my feminine side..feeling i was doing something wrong..so the other night i did it for the first real time. I was blown away by how i felt..now its on!! lol..glad to meet yo…

  10. Hello everyone my names Paige I'm a feminine crossdresser and have been crossdressing pretty much my whole life, well.. for as far back as i can remember anyway. At 7 yr.s old I was sneaking my mom's nylons to wear. I always had that deep desire to be a girl! Pretty much behind closed doors, although i've had a few occassions where i was out of the closet..so to speak. I'm bisexual and have dressed for men on a few different occasions, and also dressed for a lady neighbor of mine when i was livng at a hotel for about a year. But unfortunately where I live now, its basically alot of closed minded people that wouldn't and don't understand my desire to be feminine. Which…

  11. I started following @TGGuide on twitter and Lori suggested that I join and introduce myself. I am Jeremy Mathis. My daughter is Coy, a 6 year old transgender girl. I just want to get to know people and make new friends. I have been fortunate that the very few number of people I am friends with in person have been supportive of me and my wife and especially our daughter, but I feel that they don't quite understand. Since Coy's story has been in the news, I have been able to meet other transgender men, women, and their supportive families. It is so uplifting to speak to people who understand without question. Thanks for hosting this website and for letting me be part of it…

My name is Loreena, and I am 35 years old. I am married and have 2 boys. I realized I was transgendered 10 years ago. I have within the last month completely accepted it and have decided that I can no longer hide the truth. I am going to a community college in Nebraska to earn my Associate degree. I have one more year, then we are moving to Wyoming so I can complete my degree and become a Mental Health Councillor. I am going to start transitioning now, but won't sit down with a councillor to start the road to HRT and SRS until I make the move to Wyoming. So that's were I am at.

Hello, My name is Lilly Blue (not my real name) and I am a 33 year old transgender woman living in fabulous Las Vegas. While I knew at a young age I was "different," I had no idea how. I lived the majority of my life trying to blend in but I found myself suffering from chronic depression and became intent on finding out why I couldn't be happy. After ready a blog by a trans woman in Australia, I started to understand my depression. After some experimentation with cross dressing and the like, I began seeing a therapist who helped me understand myself further. Two years ago, I was diagnosed with gender identity disorder and recommended to start hormone repla…
