I've only recently admitted to myself (after a lifetime of questioning) that I'm a trans-guy, and am now looking into natural transitioning along with eventual top-surgery and T shots. I'm only out to a small handful of people in my face-to-face life, as I am a 22 (nearly 23) year old attending university and still living under my father's roof (until March).
