I realized last night that I had hypospadias and bilateral cryptorchidism. I learned last night that I had a surgery at three years old to move one testicle down, and there was also some work done on my penis which I was told was a "circumcision" (this was 1972). Regardless of what the circumcision op was, I still had mild/moderate hypospadias until my sex reassignment surgery 20 years later. I only learned last night that I had hypospadias and that I had bilateral cryptorchidism (as I was never told obout the surgery to correct one of the testes). i am a transitioning mtf person. i am a vegan. i have experienced a lot of bloating. i am taking hormone type herbs. i have had the thought that i could be pregnant, or growing female organs. i am concerned some, at least, and have various questons. how effective is urethra expanding devices and what is the outcome? what abortion and birth control drugs or methods are good for transf people? what are other options? what could be the cause of the bloating? also maybe an extra here about vitamin supplements, the role of folic acid.

I have always known that I was androgynous, both male and female in my personality and identity. Though my outward social persona has been male from the beginning, it crossed my mind a few times wondering what it would be like to be fully female, but mostly I have considered this the best of both worlds to be both.
