  1. Adrianne and I were out running errands when we saw a huge commotion. We stopped to see what was going on, and there was someone hanging off the ledge of the top of a parking garage. I watched him let go and hit the ground. The sound of the impact was nothing I would have expected. It sounded like someone slamming a car door extremely hard. Luckily, Adrianne didn’t see the actual event as I made her stay in the car. She’s kinda freaking out right now. I gave her some anxiety meds, so hopefully that will help her. It’s not something I ever expected to see. It will affect her pretty hard, but it’s not really something that phases me.

I was wandering around aimlessly looking at cute pix and reading interesting facts about penguins after tripping over a whatever-ya-call-it off the Windows 10 taskbar that advised today was World Penguin Day. And I ran across this feathery couple.... from https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/ This is why penguins are black and white - plus more surprising facts about them you may not know Story by Brittany Brown • Oct 19, 2022 Far right, uber-conservative, LGBTQ~/hating, evangelical extremists after seeing the above --

I would have made this a blog post, but I honestly don't know what to say. My baby, Lady, has cancer. The vet said she won't make it through the year. Lady is the love of my life. I would die for her, and I will die with her. I don't know who and what I'll become after losing her, but I will definitely be different. I love her so much I can't even begin to describe it. Possibly more than even Adrianne.

Hey all, I’ve been dismayed to see the silence around here of late. This whole coronavirus thing has us fearful and withdrawn. That’s a good thing. A resurgence of the contagion would just set us back to square one. Earlier today I was fearful that I wan coming down with it. I checked the early symptoms and it sounded ominous. But then I remembered that, from time to time, I have this “crud” that just happens, and if I lay low it just goes away. I’m feeling fine now so I think that’s all it is was. I’m so thankful. That’s the problem with such a thing. Once we have it, we have it, and can only wait and see what it means for us. Scary. Be well, …

No matter how they're treating us, despite the fact that things seem to be getting worse rather than better, I sorta thought we could use this about now ....

  7. I thought I was so clever when I drew this a couple years ago. Turns out...a whole lotta other people had/have ideas about the various flags to represent the LGBTQIA+ community and it's allies. 31 Different Pride Flags and What Each Stands For Happy Pride Month!

  8. So, I am in fact a weirdo of the LGBT+ community , lol.. And I realize that maybe there are not many like me.. am I crazy??.. The thing is: I don't seem to find other people that, like me are very much "nun-like" .. and I'm starting to reallly worry.. You know; others that don't share much of one self, and specially nudity, or sexual interaction unless it is with very, VERY VEEEERY special people.. Am I really that alone there?? Lololo.. please feel free to share if you know other LGBTQ+ members like so , for everyone I know within the community or outside is waaaaay different regarding that "angle"; everyone is always much more open than me.. And I am wondering.. …

  9. I wasn't sure where this one belonged, but since some have tried to blame it on transgenders, I thought it should be posted.

We’re going to Indiana tomorrow (10-8-21) to pick up my dream car on Saturday. 1987 Chevrolet Camaro Iroc-Z T-Top I’ve dreamed about this car since I was s little girl. I won’t accept an 86 or an 88. My car is an 87. And I will finally have her after this weekend. I’m trying to keep my head together but the excitement is about to erupt out of the top of my skull like a geyser. if there’s anyone in Indiana who is interested in meeting this big, fat, and ugly monstrosity let me know. Our destination is Kouts Indiana, so we have to figure our path back home. We’re hoping I-70 is close.

We had to put Bean Dip down last night. He was completely unable to use his hind legs from what we were told. So we cut our St Louis vacation short and came home early. I haven’t spoken or been able to form a single thought in my head. But this one is worse than when we lost Gypsy. With Bean, it was a conscious decision made to intentionally kill him. I don’t know when or even if at this point I will be back. Losing Gypsy was extremely devastating. The role that we played in losing Bean Dip, was more than my mind has been able to handle.

Strange topic, I know but it's something I have been thinking about. Does anyone do anything charitable? I don't mean something like donating to the Red Cross, I mean something you just take upon yourself to do. It could be said that I do. During summer I pick up packs of water, like the ones that have 30 bottles. I bring them home, put them in a cooler and ice them down. Then I head out and start giving them out. I give them to the homeless, people who are working outside, or people that just look like they need a cold drink. It gets extremely hot in Missouri during the summer, but that's only the beginning of it. It's also humid enough that people have …

  18. I came across this YouTube channel on Facebook, if you can believe that. His videos are all inspiration videos about believing in yourself and not judging a book by its cover among other things. I suck at descriptions, so I just want to post this short compilation of 3 videos of his.

Hello again, I dress every night after work, and I like to record some of my thoughts. I got the idea of a YouTube cgannel from a friend at work who makes underwater dive videos and has his own channel..I decided to do one myself to model my outfits and document my transgender journey. It is a work in progress for sure and has taken on a life of its own. I don't know how many trans comedians there are, but right now that is the direction I am heading. Needless to say, I have a ways to go in terms of contrent and production quality.. I think the one I just did on demonstrating how to take the foil off a bottle of wine turned out pretty well. It is called Wine Opening …

Nothing can ever replace a loved one. We know that. But we have also heard many times that when you lose a pet, getting another one can help you through. Adrianne wanted me to ask what everyone here thinks. Should we get another puppy? She's worried about the other dogs not liking the pup. She doesn't want to stress them out. But we know that adding another member to the family can be healthy.

I will be absent from the forum for an extended period. My baby Gypsy died tonight. My mind has mostly shut off and I can barely think. I can barely even breathe. I don’t know when I’ll be back, but I will eventually return at some point.

  22. I found this on YouTube tonight, and both Adrianne and I thought it was hilarious. And I thought that it could help lighten spirits while we're still stuck under the virus.

If you had asked me, I never would have thought I would see this. I knew this was the most tense and volatile election in American history, second only possibly to Lincoln. If things continue the way they are going, we WILL be in a second civil war. This will be remembered as the action that sparked it off. If you’re an American citizen, and you’re not scared, then you’re not paying attention. Foreigners need to pay attention as well, because if things get any worse, this could easily spill over the borders. No matter what the distance.
