So i ordered a pair of jeans to try to see how I like the size since my current jeans fell off. Luckily, in the house before I had any dumb ideas of wearing them outside. Dash diet works for weight loss on lazy people like me. SO...I ordered what I think is my new size, just one as a test to see if i like the fit/cut. My pants left Indianapolis, INdiana a week ago. And they hurtled on some fedex truck towards me here in Ohio and...hurtled right on by me for no reason I can explain to the OTHER side of Pennsylvania. Yeah, the NJ side. LOL Then they took a little trip up into Maryland I guess to catch the early fall color? I hope these pants have a great story to …

Violence is never a good thing, but this time, instead of an LGBT person being beaten by a hater, the hater was beaten by LGBT people. Hopefully, this will be one guy that will think twice before being disrespectful to someone again just because they are different than he is. Written by WiG, Oct 18, 2012 A group of apparently gay Atlanta Waffle House patrons fought back when a customer hurled the word “faggot” at them. A video of the scuffle posted on the site World Star Hip Hop on Oct. 16 shows a group of angry patrons punching, slapping and kicking the homophobe to the ground after he used the anti-gay slur. Meanwhile, onlookers cheer the attackers. “Get mad,…

There's a site I have been to a thousand times over the years whenever I needed a chuckle. It's Bone Land. It has all sorts of flash on it, a lot of interactive stuff. The main character throughout the site it an idiot by the name of Jeb. There's tons of stuff at the site. If you want a recommendation I say check out The Court Of Judge Hellfire, and the town of Bumblescum. It's worth the visit. And go to the classic stuff. Some of it can get a little what some would call inappropriate, but most of it is just good humor.

I came across this YouTube channel on Facebook, if you can believe that. His videos are all inspiration videos about believing in yourself and not judging a book by its cover among other things. I suck at descriptions, so I just want to post this short compilation of 3 videos of his.

Now, I think THIS is funny: When Pope Francis visits the Philippines next week, traffic enforcers won't let the capital's streets get gridlocked if they have to answer the call of nature. http://www.dailymail...opes-visit.html

I know I have said this before. For years my parents would not speak to me. I had many therapists tell me to let them go. glad I didn't listen. Even though my Mom will not allow me home, we have so much fun talking on the phone. And I am finding out so much family history. I had always heard about a woman called Sunshine. Found out today her name was Bell Ripley and she is the woman that named my Mom. I had also always heard about this man named Peter Gooseturd. Found out that he was a brother of my great grandmothers. He was a very big man and all the kids used to be scared of him. So he told all the kids his name was Peter Gooseturd so they wouldn't be afraid…

A very lovely day to everyone! I’ve created this thread for us to have another light-hearted discussion, this time, about the furry creatures in our lives. It’s always nice to have a four-legged companion beside you, especially in those trying times. I have a Siamese cat named Silya. She’s such an adorable dear, loves to cuddle and purr and sn uggle before bed time. I guess I could say she’s a bit spoiled, aside from buying her a scratch posts, pet supplements and squeaky toys are a part of my regular shopping list. She has always been a good friend to me, and I know, throughout my transition, she will still be there for me, hand-in-hand (paws-in-hand, I mean). How about…

I don't know how many have heard, but today it was announced that the show COPS is going to be cancelled due to the entire George Floyd incident. The show has been running for more than 30 years and made it through many other incidents of this nature. I personally don't see what a television show that is almost as old as I am has to do with this issue. So I have started a petition to try to save the show, because I find the reason for it being cancelled ridiculous. I checked with admin, and was told that this post would be allowable. So I'm asking anyone willing, to please sign the petition. http://chng.it/bxXn2k78Y5

About one in every 10,000 chickens is gynandromorphous, to use the technical term. In medieval times, they might have been burned at the stake, as witches' familiars. But now these chickens are shedding important new light on how birds, and perhaps reptiles, develop. It used to be thought that hormones instructed cells to develop in male or female-specific ways. That's what happens in mammals, including humans, and it leads to secondary sexual characteristics like facial hair for men or breasts for women. But scientists at the Roslin Institute and the University of Edinburgh say they have discovered that bird cells don't need to be programmed by hormones. …

I've been feeling like hell for the past week and a half. I took a covid test just now and it was positive. So we're going to be in quarantine for the next two weeks while I get past this. It sucks hose water, but there's not much I can do about it. I got the vaccine and the boosters, so there's that upside. But nothing is foolproof. So I'm going to be resting for the most part of the next few weeks. I had a feeling I was going to catch it at some point, I just didn't know when. I'll try to dip in and out and keep up with things here. But I don't know how much of that I'll be able to do.

I wasn't really sure where to put this since it isn't really news, and it doesn't have anything to do with rights and political activism. But it was damn funny (least ways I thought it was), and I had find someplace to put it ~~ Samantha Allen | 04.26.16 2:40 PM ET "In fact, if you oppose transgender rights, you shouldn’t even be spreading AFA’s petition using their recommended #BoycottTarget hashtag because Facebook, Twitter, and Google all aced the CEI. Every minute spent on those social media giants helps them promote LGBT equality, including the T." -- thedailybeast.com All the Things You Can No Longer Buy if You’re Really Boycotting Trans-Friendly Businesses

Whether you have a president, prime minister, or monarchy, what is the proper way to refer to your government leader? Here in the states, we refer to the president as Mr. President. Since we have our first female president/vice president it would be Madam President/Vice President. There is almost always a “proper” way to refer to them that’s appropriate for this day and age. I can’t say I know much of anything about a monarchy, but I would venture to guess that people don’t refer to them as “Your Majesty” or “Your Highness” anymore. With a prime minister, I honestly don’t have a flipping clue. I know Canada has a prime minister, but I don’t know how they refer to him/her.…

This is a game that I have been waiting for, for a while now. It's scheduled for a release sometime this summer, but no official release date has been revealed yet. I'm posting because it's main character that you play as is transgender, and it implements a lot of the issues we face as the LGBTQ+ community. I have been waiting on the edge of my seat for it. It's going to be released in several episodes, but I can't wait to get it as soon as it's out. Here's a few links about it, including one that is just an entire page about only the game, even though there's not a whole lot there. https://www.radiotimes.com/technology/2020-04-05/tell-me-why-release-date/ https…

I have always loved blacksmithing. Specifically bladesmithing. I had to give it up a long time ago due to circumstances that were beyond my control. Now I've been watching Forged In Fire, and it has brought me back and given me that spark to go at it again. Adrianne bought me a forge for our anniversary. Now I need to find a good anvil, vise, tools (tons of different kinds and purposes), a power press, and a power hammer (Big Blu would be great). I also need to clear out my garage so that I have a place to work in. Once all that is taken care of, and I have the different grades of steel to work with, I'm back in it. I even have a name. I'm going to name it RatLady Forge. …
