Using Estradot with herbs. Background. Began a few years ago with no difference between "band and nipple measurement." Started with herbs (Dong Quai, Kwao Krua, fenugreek, dandelion root, etc) which for me, quickly worked (from 0 to Stage 2 breast tissue, but no budding),...also focused on feminine foods (watercress, red clover, carrots, avocados, alfalfa, etc),...the result was quick, especially on breast tissue and weight distribution in the butt,...but peaked in just 3-4 months. Added Kwao Krua Thai cream,...another slight boost. maintained 2" between band to bust. Four mouths ago, started using a Medala pump,...which after a month became addicting,..…

Hi, I am a transman I am working in a car loan company and started my testosterone last year. I am planning to take the next step and undergo a top surgery procedure to remove my breasts. And I need to find a good cosmetic surgeon for this. Can anyone help me with finding good cosmetic surgeons?

Hello to everyone, I've recently come out at trans and have been looking for a place to get answers. I've been on HRT for three and a half months. Today's question is about the breast growth I can expect, currently I'd say I was at a small A cup. My biggest concern at the moment is that they seem to leak on occasion, just like a drip or so every once in a while. Is this normal? Any and all information is appreciated so thanks in advance.

Happy Easter! So lately I've been depressed over getting older, and all that comes with that. Also discovered reddit and when I'm bored I check out different reddit subgroups. Well there is a subreddit called transpassing and folks post pics of themselves asking whether or not they are 'passable', and asking for honest opinions and tips. I thought it was a nice positive thing at first, then not so much. They also talk about exactly 'what' is preventing them from passing as ftm or mtf. Here's my problem...sooo many things considered 'unpassable' in the mtf pics...I also have. I mean I am basically NOT PASSABLE, which is even worse because I was born female. I have l…

Jessica and I have corresponded here now for some time . She had taken one of our members here by the hand and gave her a NEEDED trip to the keystone transgender conference and i am sooo glad she did . Seems Monica's life improved a lot as a result . Jessica herself is somewhat new to a transition and I'm glad I could be on hand to show her a few tips . Meanwhile , Jessica was on her way Southbound to begin her new Journey and I invited her into my current home of Richmond Virginia . I'm always THRILLED when I can meet one of you and I love being able to put a face to a name ! Here we are having dinner at the New York Deli next door to the historic Byrd Theater here …

Hi, I am a 22-year-old transman. I am planning to undergo top surgery in a couple of weeks. I had started on testosterone last year and have been doing pretty good. I would like to know how I need to prepare for the surgery and the things I need to be careful about. How long will I take to recover fully and when can I get back to my normal life? Waiting for your replies.

Dear Friends, After I returned from a Gender Conference, I learned that a transwoman, who I don't personally know, but who is a dear friend of a friend of mine had GCS only a day after the Conference ended. The very next day, she had facial feminization surgery. During the facial feminization surgery, she aspirated vomit into her lungs, and went into a deep coma with a very poor prognosis, and then passed away a few days later. The doctor in question, was a speaker at the Conference, two of whose talks I attended, and he offered "free" mini-consults during the Conference, and I was told he offered discounts to those who agreed to surgery during the Conference. …

  11. I celebrated Trans Day of Visibility both yesterday in Washington DC and today , in Richmond Virginia . Let me explain that history was actually made in Richmond simply by a PUBLIC display of the event ! NEVER EVER has there been a public display of this , ever ! Locally, the Nationz foundation , primarily a outreach of Gay and Transgender people of color presented a wonderful panel discussion where Transgender people answered questions of what it means to be Transgender , Gay and add African American to the equation! Meanwhile , Yesterday , in Washington DC , I was at the No Ma Gallery Spaces presenting Diane Kelly's new book, The Sky Turned Green and the Grass tuned Bl…

  13. Dear Friends, Have learned a painful lesson today. The administrator of a gender conference introduced me to a couple who would be going my way on the way to a gender conference. Our communication was by text and e-mail only. Thought we had agreed to go on a Wednesday when they insisted that we had agreed on a Tuesday. This is the lesson I learned: MAKE NO ARRANGEMENTS BY TEXT OR E-MAIL! Insist on VOICE COMMUNICATION ONLY! If they refuse, don't do business with them! Luckily, I have a friend who had established VOICE COMMUNICATION with me who I am sharing a room with, and my experience with her is totally different! She has graciously agreed to go HUN…

  15. Hi girls, I’m wondering what’s the difference if one was just to take estrogen vs if they just took t-blockers vs taking both? since I’m going to Japan it seems the doctors there are wary of T-blockers because of some side-effects that may happen. But should I push for it? Of course I’ll get my blood checked first, but I really really don’t want to become more masculine. The doctor claimed the estrogen would block testosterone anyway. Usually when you take estrogen do they give you progesterone too? If so I forgot what progesterone does(dang it memories of sophmore year of high school has failed me). If I were to only take estrogen with no t-blockers…

I know we shouldn't but I have been thinking tonight how much we stereotype male/female roles as parents and how much of the female stereotype comes naturally to me... My children are with me this week while their mum is away and thankfully I can pretty much entertain them without missing out on too much work, but while I have been enjoying the time with the kids I have also been thinking about my ex and our marital roles. To say she wore the trousers is an understatement. Most of the marriage I was the one doing the eternal housework and washing pile - I don't iron but I move the piles around and put the clothes away - my gran taught me that ironing…

I have been very tired and busy for a while now. Came out to some friends and family that just went well almost totally ignored by everyone. I am having some medical problems. Stress at work piling up. I may be starting Spyro soon hopefully. Life is just getting out of hand. I have been working with a therapist for a while now and that helps a lot. I have a lot of dysphoria all the time and anxiety issues. Hopefully things start working out soon.

You came here hoping to what? Learn something or be rolled in sugar and told how great you are. Well tell me, why are you here Are you in need of truthful answers or softball regergitated platitudes like all the other LGBT sites. Can you handle being told the cold realities about Life, Death and everything in between, including and not limited to truth about Transition in the real world. I want, no I need to know .

It's a curious thing this state called Life. We undergo a great many things in it, some good, some bad, and some a little of both, but never in my years has it ever been easy, never has it been handed over just because I was told "oh you deserve it", do I what did I ever do to deserve something I never worked for. I was born by the skin of my teeth, I was never meant to make it full term because of blood compatibility with my mother, but hay I showed death up I was born, then at age two due to allergic reactions to dairy I almost. Died again, almost drown at age six, attempted suicide more times then I care to admit, born into a life of poverty few know I…

  20. Thought this would be a neat thread, that could be potentially informative. I want you girls and guys to post stuff concerning potential scams or misinformation that appears as if it’s supposed to help us but in reality is a sham. I can think one such example are people on YouTube posting endless “this hypnosis will make you transition through subliminal blah blah blah” videos, often adding in their descriptions “subscribe to activate the magic” lol. But in all seriousness these things are kind of scummy as I think their reasoning is to make many very desperate trans people hope for some truth in these videos and give them ad revenue. I could give a beni…

Some of you may have already seen this video - I saw it for the first time this past weekend. My brother is the one who told me about it. We've all heard of stories of people being misgendered. Sometimes it's an innocent mistake. Sometimes it's arrogant refusal to accept a person's gender identity. Then there are the cases, usually officials of some sort, who insist they must refer to a person based on legal ID or other documentation. The woman in this vid literally came unhinged. It's unclear if the misgendering was intentional. Question is, does her behavior hurt the trans community? Does it do trans woman any good for someone like the woman in the vid to l…

I am still daddy (though I have been both mum and dad for all intents and purposes for large hunks of their existence and am not sure what else I could be called as the kids have a mummy) I am male at work, my friends all call me dude so I guess that counts as using male pronouns, I have come out to two of my four sisters and they still refer to me by my male name, although Dee was chosen by them from a nickname I already get called and I really like it - they have young kids and until I am being open with everyone they cant be trusted to keep secrets like that. Although I was asked at the start I use my male name with my counsellor, although I am thinking of as…
