So asking for some positive energy...prayer ....whatever works for you. My 14 year old dog, who is the love of my life, suffered a stroke on Thursday. His left legs are very weak. He turns out his left front leg to the point it looks like it should break. I have been told he is not in pain. I did just give him a warm bath and massage. That seemed to help. If you had asked me, I never would have thought I would see this. I knew this was the most tense and volatile election in American history, second only possibly to Lincoln. If things continue the way they are going, we WILL be in a second civil war. This will be remembered as the action that sparked it off. I viewed the 9/11 memorial service on tv this morning. I listened to all the names being read and kept thinking of all the folks lost that fateful day. After twelve years the feelings still resonates with many people. I can remember that day as if it just happened. I was supposed to be in the north tower at precisely the time the first plane hit but was delayed. While lives were affected negatively there were many positive aspects also. No topic should ever be closed. That's my opinion. Even our dissenters have a voice and should be given a voice. Horrible as the things that are said may be we need to give a voice so we can debate a topic that needs debate. How else will we show the reality unless we allow to be exhibited the lack of reality. Hatred of us is a reality. Through education we change that view of hatred, but we must let that hatred exhibit itself and then others who view it will see it as ludicrous or valid.

There's a lot of people out there that want a tattoo, but don't know the full risk if you don't find a clean responsible tattoo artist and shop. There are not only blood born diseases such as hepatitis and HIV, but also others such as flesh eating bacteria. The pictures I am posting here are for people to see so that they know the risk if they think cutting corners is ok. If you do cut corners, you can lose more than the $20 you spent for the tattoo. Strange topic, I know but it's something I have been thinking about. Does anyone do anything charitable? I don't mean something like donating to the Red Cross, I mean something you just take upon yourself to do. It could be said that I do. During summer I pick up packs of water, like the ones that have 30 bottles. I bring them home, put them in a cooler and ice them down. Then I head out and start giving them out. I give them to the homeless, people who are working outside, or people that just look like they need a cold drink. Hey all, I’ve been dismayed to see the silence around here of late. This whole coronavirus thing has us fearful and withdrawn. That’s a good thing. A resurgence of the contagion would just set us back to square one. Earlier today I was fearful that I wan coming down with it. I checked the early symptoms and it sounded ominous. But then I remembered that, from time to time, I have this “crud” that just happens, and if I lay low it just goes away. I’m feeling fine now so I think that’s all it is was. I’m so thankful. This week I began my name change with a good friend's help that was a professional lawyer. This is why I changed my user name with the assistance of Lori. Once the process started it takes between 6-8 weeks, much of this has too do with Judge availability and public postings. My therapist is writing a letter for me to give to DMV so I can also change my gender from M to F. She is on their approval list at the DMV for doing this.
