I think I am one of those individuals who has something called alternating gender incongruity. While it hasn't been overly troublesome it exists. I don't usually see it coming and when it happens it like something has thrown a switch in my brain. When I was younger if I had to choose one gender it would be male. I have male genitals with some slight anomalies. I don't think I'm intersexed. Bi-gender or gender fluid may explain it to some degree.
