Anyone got any ideas for hair removal for Psoriosis sufferers like myself? I have it bad on my legs in particular which are also highly hairy. Its just that some waxes/removal creams are not suitable.

Sometimes asking " what if? " can help solve certain problems. It is a way of thinking; Not for regrets but rather to ponder life and its possibilities. "What if" can help a person in decision making. Every goal starts as a dream. My dream is for greater social freedom because everyday I face problems that the rest of the world may never consider in their whole lifetime. What If? What if there was no electrolysis? What if we couldn't shave for some reason? What if there was no hormone therapy? What if I couldn't continue hormones? What if there was no SRS? What if I can't get SRS? What if there was no make-up? What if I can't wear make-up for some reaso…

Ok I have been reading a lot around here for days. I would like some insight on this matter. My drivers license has a place for indicating SEX which will be M OR F. It does not indicate gender identity or sexual orientation. To me it would seem that there are many reasons why your drivers license should accurately indicate your biological sex. It may be embarassing at times but what about some good reasons for accuracy here. I am not absolutely sure about this but I think there could be emergency circumstances where a particular procedure or medication would be different for a male or female. If an officer calls in a victim who is barely alive needing assistance …

  4. Well, after two weeks of pure hell, my mother finally kicked me out of the house. I am still in shock over it and very numb and I think that's my body's defenses kicking in so I don't have a mental breakdown. But, now I can honestly so without a doubt I have experienced the worse form of rejection from my family since coming out, short of murder. I have applied to a graduate school and Im hoping i can get in for their summer classes. This is all craziness

Living two lives?? I am happy with the life I have lived up to this point. The friends that I have know me as a male, and for years they have used my name with others and identified with who I am. What troubles me is my need to resolve my Gender Identity Crisis within myself. If I look at my life number one as presenting the real me but with a male costume on then I could present in life number one, looking at it as an acting job. I go to work, do my thing and go home. I currently do not have a social life. The only time people see me as a male is when I am performing or freelancing in my Video Business. The only other time people see me briefly is at church, w…

Does anyone have experience with having a little relief from transgender feelings by dressing another woman, Girlfriend, Spouse, Daughter. I originally thought that I might be cured when I got married because I could shop with my wife and enjoy seeing great looking clothes on her. Unfortunately my idea didn't last long because as soon as I had a chance I wanted to borrow my wifes clothes. This was a big problem because at the time she had lost a lot of weight and it was almost impossible to fit into her size. I also noticed how much prettier the smaller shoes were. So for a time a felt better about myself because I was reaching out to my wife, but then I felt like…

So, I shoot a letter off to Some Company to inquire about some parts. I wrote a letter for a few reasons: ....1. I no longer like talking to anyone on the phone - just knowing that I will be "ma'amed" to death can sometimes bring on mild panic attacks. So I only do phone when I have to ....2. I could find no email address for Some Company ....3. I could have filled out one of those "email forms" on Some Company's website, but the page was not secure. Additionally, while they didn't require me to choose a title, they did require a phone number on this [unsecure] web form. Since I felt I was forced to use snail mail, as usual, I used only my initials and last name... …

I have spent the last year truly pondering my GID and what it means to me. I have had many dreams through the years and some opportunities have just simply past. The early fanatasies of turning into a little girl can never be. Having a little girl body, wearing pretty girl things, slumber parties, and roller skating and ice skating, just aren't going to happen. Having everyone see me as pretty in pink and being adored at parties, is one for that early age. The young sweet face that draws all the young men to dream and desire me is a thing of the past. Being a Cheerleader and Prom Queen just aren't going to be there either. Being a teenage girl has past, as well as …

Hey everyone I don't know if you read my blog but if you haven't you should so you can get a feel about who I am as I sorta dont wanna spam it here But, anyways, I wanted to post something and I do not mean to offend any other person who is not Christian. It isn't my intent and I want to apologize beforehand if I do. Long story short, I have been a children's minister in a fundamentalist church pretty much since I graduated Bible College in 1999. I'm 35 and when I told my wife of 10 years that I was transgender, I am transgender I will always be transgender and that I felt like I have always been a girl in my soul, she pretty much took our children and left me …

Hi Everyone, I am kind of confuse about this subject. I read that permanent infertility is possible after 6 months of continuos use of hormones. Is that true? I mean, if someone stop using hormones at some point, everything goes back to what used to be before? I guess my question is: Is the infertility permanent as long as someone is under HRT? Thank you in advance to all! Andrea

I went and asked my pastor my gender confusion. Has been very comforting and compassionate toward me. He brought up some good questions for me to think about so I will post it here. "what is truly masculine and truly feminine" Is it all about clothing and feelings and emotion? Could it be possible that the goal for all human beings is to understand that these to areas of a personality are ok possesed partially in both sexes and that the only real problem is when we repress them? When we join with another human being that compliments us there can also be this sense of fulfillment and completeness. Could it be that many of us feel isolated and alone and …

I recently filled my gallery with the nicest pictures I could come up with for now because I was hoping it could help me feel better about myself. I always wanted to do this from little on, but I was afraid someone would find the pictures and we all know what kinds of things could happen after that. With some help from my wife I picked the ones I felt respresented how I feel on the inside the most. I personally am really excited about them but most of you probobly have no trouble seeing the physical man underneath the clothing. A life feeling so different on the inside versus what people see on the outside is sickening. I have tried to open up to close peop…

So yea, as I was checking my videos on youtube, I stumbled across a suggestion to check out this particular video. by the end of the song, I realized this is probably one of the most heartfelt songs written by someone who's watching trans person from the outside in. I think many of you will like it. Also, it helps that she's got a gorgeous voice. Also, Im sure many are curious if she's trans, but I think she is just a genetic woman who wrote a song about a trans friend or aquaintence.

Forgive me if you have already talked about this. I was watching 60 minutes last week, and it was about what they called "extreme gender nonconformity". It was the story of identical twin boys, one of which was obviously not interested in traditional male things, such as boy toys, sports, etc. It was to the extreme. One of the boys had a typical 'boy' room, and the other twin had pink walls, dolls, stuffed animals and the mother was fine with this. they mentioned a statistic that when this occurs, from birth, it is almost without exception that the one who is displaying the extreme nonconformance will be gay. Now the story was really about the fact that identical tw…

Hello Friends, My wife Ann of 3 years is a MTF Pre-Op TS, we dated for 3 years prior to that. Ann has lived as a girl then as a woman since she was 13 she is now 24. I have been with Ann thru all of her surgeries and has just gone thru vocal feminization surgery. It has been 3 weeks already and it has been very rough on her and, I hate to say it, myself. I hate to sound hard headed or selfish but I loved her slghtly gruffy voice from before. I know she wants to be complete and I do support her... It's just wierd and I am sad... To know somebody as your only love then bam! She's like a different person, a stranger to me. I know it's going to get better but 2 weeks…

My wife thinks she can sex in straight. We don't have an outragious sexlife but it has always been good. I'm 42 and she is 30. I have been with alot of women and it hasn't changed my mind one bit. As a matter of fact it only solidified my decision to transition. When I see a woman naked I want to be the same as her. When I watch them get dressed and put on make up I want to do the same. When I am making love to my wife I can't stop thinking that I should be the girl. My dreams are of me as a woman and when I wake up I am sad. I've never read or watched porn where I didn't identify with the girl. When we go clothes shopping for her I always choose clothes that I eventua…

Hi everybody! Happy New Year. It's a new year where new goals can be set. We expect this year to be better for many reasons. Last year may have been good or it may have been bad. We can't do anything about last year; we can only move ahead. I pray that in 2010 your goals and dreams will be met. Gennee :)

Every year I set goals rather than make resolutions. I put a time table as to when I will achieve a specific goal. This past year events happened in my life that was unplanned for. I am the better for it. I identified as a cross dresser at the beginning of the year. In May I sensed a migration away from the cross dresser spectrum. It was always my contention that my gender issues ran deeper than just wearing womens clothing. I have crossed many roads in my journey but this marked the first time that I hesitated going across. In June I identified myself as a transgenderist. I wear womens clothing all the time at home. I viewed myself being between a cros…
