I read in the Flat to Fem program about using Pueraria Mirifica for breast growth. Has anyone used this, how much did you take, and if so what were the results? Just wondering if it was worth trying or not. I would like to work on developing breasts to start my transition.

Transgender journey: recovering from surgery The Guardian When I got the date for my sex reassignment surgery, I wasn't so worried about the operation itself (I'd be asleep, right?) as its aftermath: how I was going to look after myself during the two months it would take to recover? I called my parents and...

Like, oh my God, I have a varicose vein on my foot. It kind of sticks out and it's blue. Now my feet have always been one of my best features. People have commented on how beautiful they are (or were). And that's not the only thing, all kinds of weird bumps and blemishes are appearing all over my body. How do you cope wiv this? The ageing process I mean. I'm lucky, like I look 10 years younger than my biological age, but it's all starting to catch up wiv me. Things are starting to droop and sag. Should I just accept it as part of the natural ageing process, or should I fight it, wiv surgery or what have you? My own opinion, grow old gracefully. This opinion is partly driv…

Has anyone tried any of the at home hair removal systems? I'm doing research on three, the No-No, Tria and Silk'n SensEpil. Each works differently and all three are FDA approved. So far I've found mixed reviews on each, but the Silk'n SensEpil seems to have the best reviews. Before I go out and drop several hundred dollars, I'd like to know if anyone here has tried any of these at home systems?

Hi, my name is Lucia and I am a Male to female in the early stages of my transition. Ever since I have came out to my family and some of my friends, it seems like everything has fallen apart. My family has limit me from going to therapy and doesn't like where its located(its located in an area where its populated mostly by gays, lesbians and more.) My family is religious and doesn't believe in Transsexuality and think its an abomination, they also said even if I get SRS that I still be a man and stuff ='(. I attempted to go to therapy on my own, but I can't due to my family. Also I feel insulted by my mother due to her saying things like I don't have any features of a woma…

Hello. First I feel I have to apologise, cos I've written a lot of rubbish, and that just reflects the various phases I'm going through. And, no doubt, I'll write a lot more rubbish, this being maybe one of them. I just hope I haven't hurt anyone or done any damage. But I must admit, I do like this forum as a safety valve, cos otherwise I might explode. You know my biggest problems with being what I am is not public derision (I thought it was, but it's not, I'm not out formally but pretty much everyone knows what I am, and I don't care), Nor is it my personal appearance (I thought it was, but then I see genetic women wiv hairy legs and male features, they're still women).…

I have been wondering why I get a sensation or a strong impression that I have female genitalia and/or breasts. Although I do consciously imagine being female, these particular sensations appear to come from nowhere so I don't think in these instances it is just a case of wishful thinking. In a way it could appear similar to people who have phantom limbs, being able to feel an arm or leg when it has been amputated. Some theories have been put forth suggesting that there is an area of the brain responsible for body mapping and that this body map is hardwired in the brain. I have read studies where FTM's growing up have a strong sensation that they have a phallus and/…

I wouldn't expect anything more from the Daily mail, see how they sensationalize this story. The give the reason for this girls Gender Affirmation as an obsession to look like Britney spears, then appear to scoff at the amount of money she has spent. They fail to address any Trans issues. Boy obsessed with Britney Spears spends £60,000 to get sex change to look like his idol Well I think she's beautiful, brave and courageous...........

This is an interesting article about the neuron numbers in the central part of the bed nucleus of the stria terminalis.(BSTc) within the brain. Basically it states that Regardless of sexual orientation:- Men have almost twice as many somatostatin neurons as women Male-to-female transsexual neuron numbers are similar to that of females Female-to-male transsexual neuron numbers are similar to that of Males. http://jcem.endojour.../85/5/2034.full

It may seem far fetched but imagine getting a full 3 dimensional scan of your complete body geometry, This scan would then be entered in to a program that would allow the patient and the surgeon to transform the patient’s body into the precise appearance desired. Once the body shape has been defined, the program would determine what changes would be needed to the physical geometry, hormones, biological function and reproductive function. This means: e.g A MTF would be Totally anatomically, genetically female producing her own hormones, capable of menstruating, giving birth, breastfeeding. It would be absolutely impossible to differentiate between someone born female a…

As a woman sex is very important to me. But I'm unsure how I should approach this. I joined one or two contact sites but the guys were really weird. I'm just looking for a normal boy/girl relationship. I've met one or two guys in the past who were "boyfriend material", in that we had a deep emotional bond, but the time wasn't right, and I wasn't right. So I'm looking here to the more experienced members. How did you find Mr. Right? Or should just give it up as some kind of hopeless dream?

“COMING OUT TG” Hi I’m Georgia. I am a Trans Gender person, and to be more clear, Bi-gender, and Bi –Sexual. This means I can appear as male, female, or a combination of both. I can have sexual desire for male, female or any combination of gender orientation. I am in a most wondrous relationship, and am totally monogamous, mating for life like the swans, or at least I have attempted to all of my life, but my former partners would eventually throw me out of the nest thinking I was an ugly duckling, whereas my swan-ness had not yet “come out”. I will turn 60 years old shortly and am beginning the process and getting the courage up to be “coming out” as my TG Self a bi…

I am not familiar about the methods of how gender reassignment is done with transexuals in surgery. I do not know if the prostate is removed in this practice. My question is : Does a preopt or postopt transexual have a higher risk of developing prostate cancer greater than a man in the same age statistics when the chances are more probable? Thanks

See my latest photo Amie 5 months HRTToday I took a little extra time getting ready in the morning and thought I would take a picture of myself to show the progress on the hair removal. I have not shaved for over 3 months and I pluck sporatic hairs every other day. Initially My beard was so thick that I had to shave 2-3 times a day. I have very light sheer make-up on except for a little concealer on my blemishes and upper lip area. I will always need to deal with some shadow until completing electrolyis or possibly after years of plucking. i have not yet had any professional electrolysis. I am very impressed with the results I was able to achieve in only a couple …

I read this blog today and thought it was certainly worth sharing - Beth "I look at being trans as a blessing, not a curse. You think I wouldn't have loved to have been female from birth? Yes. Am I envious of younglings like Kim Petras and Jazz who either got to or are growing up as girls and have loving parents who helped them do so? Yes. You think I wouldn't love to go through a day without hearing about a transperson being disrespected or killed somewhere on the planet? Yes. You don't think that some days I would love to just be another 6'2" statuesque Black woman on the planet blithely going about her day and not having to constantly do hard solid thinking abou…

I've kept my nature between only myself and my wife mainly because I've been so intent on making my marriage work by acting as a man. Things have gotten a lot better lately as communication has grown civil and two days ago, I finally came out to a friend of mine. Since then, I've let two other friends know and I know it's a cliche, but I feel like a weight has been lifted. I am going to see a therapist as soon as money is stable and, as much as I'm dreading it, I'm going to talk to my parents about it, too. Everything finally seems to be working out. I'm absolutely terrified of the social repercussions of transitioning, but it's what I need to do to be true to myself…
