I had to wait a couple days to post this so that I knew I could keep some composure. My wife and I were at Walmart a couple days ago. We had a few things we needed to pick up, and when we go, we always hit up the movie aisle to see what’s out. 95% of the time it’s just window shopping, and we’re the only ones there, so we take our time. I was at the spot where the racks end before another one starts. I wasn’t in the aisle I was on the end of the rack looking at a couple DVD’s. There was an older man standing there looking at me, as if I was in his way. There was more than enough space if he wanted to go by me. When I was done looking at the movies I wanted to look at…

My wife and I have been looking into it, and from what we have seen, Thailand is not only one of the most affordable places to go for transgender surgeries, but also one of the best. We're going over prices of everything right now from flights, to hotels, to doctors and procedures, pretty much everything. I've found a few clinics that look really good and are pretty reputable from what I've seen. Everything is in Bangkok, so we'll get to see a bit of the sights. But I'm posting this to see what everyone else has to say. Has anyone made the trip? How were your doctors? Are there any doctors or clinics you would recommend? I know there are a lot of highly skilled doctors do…

  5. When a Forehead Reduction Procedure Makes Sense This coming Thursday I'm going to have facial surgery including a forehead reduction. Very timely that I came across the above post yesterday. It's expensive — I'm appealing Kaiser's coverage refusal — but for me I feel my forehead is such a noticeable and impossible to hide feature that others subconsciously use to misgender me. Crossing my fingers. I worry more about this surgery more than GCS and breast augmentation. Even if it all turns out okay (which I expect) I must be extremely careful through this year to avoid sun exposure that will darken the scars permanently. I have several hats already and ordered an…

I have found they do SRS in Guadalajara Mexico for about $10,000. Yea, I know that's a low price and people say you get what you pay for. But without insurance, I have to keep it affordable if I want to get it done at all. Anyway, I have looked on the internet, and haven't found a lot of information, for or against having SRS in Mexico. You would think if they did poor work, people would be more than willing to post "DON'T GO THERE" or something like that, but I'm not finding any negative reviews. But then again, I'm not finding any positive reviews either. Does anyone out there have any experience with SRS in Mexico? Have you heard or read anything positiv…

  7. Okay, here's the scoop. All my life I have hated my penis and only wanted a vagina. I have never cross-dressed. My only dream is to have a vagina. I have no great desire to wear dresses or look feminine. But having a vagina is a deep seated desire going back to my pre-teen years. 50 years of life hating your penis every single day, but keeping your feeling hidden under a rock for fear of ridicule and persecution. Only now, bring my feelings to light and dealing with them. In a perfect world, I would have SRS and remain in my male body, I wouldn't have any problem with that. I look in a mirror and cannot picture myself as a woman. I am 6'4 with big hands and…

I know there's a member intro forum on here but I see more activity here. Here's my deal... I am a 40 y.o. male. By the time I was 9, I knew that I did not identify with my assigned gender but didn't know the words to put with it. I would go to my cousins' and play barbies with them. Throughout elementary school I kept female friends and would play house with them at recess. I even found my mother's little girl cloths she kept in a dresser in our guest room and would play dress up alone. Back then there just wasn't anywhere to turn...you were just directed on how boys were to act. To this day I've kept up with dressing up in private and have a very understandi…

Hi I am wondering if I am transgendered even if I get sexually excited wearing womens clothes sometimes but I also just like to wear and not have this happen? I have in the past enjoyed women's clothes as a pre-teen and and continued off/on over the years. I still sometimes just like to wear womens clothes because it just feels right but can still get sexually excited especially with certain lingerie and fantasizing. I look at sexy women and want to be like them and have bought women's shoes, lingerie, jeans, bras etc and enjoy wearing them. I love the feel of shaved legs pantyhose. I sometimes look transexual (shemale) porn and am sexually excited by this als…

The Butterfly Within If I was a caterpillar, the forest would see me as a caterpillar. But everyone would know that there was more to me. That beneath this ugly exterior there was something beautiful. And one day, she would be allowed to become her true self, To spread her wings and fly. And the world would marvel at such beauty. I am not a caterpillar. Nobody knows there is more to me than what they see. If they knew the beautiful creature that wanted to spread her wings, They would demand that something so beautiful was wrong. Unnatural. Ignorance and hate would deny such beauty. …

  11. Hey all. I'm new here. Forgive me if I am asking something already covered a million times. I scrolled several pages in and really didn't see anything like what I want to ask. Anyway... Just starting my Trans Journey at age 53. I live in Casper, Wyoming which is literally THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE! Hard to find one site that spells everything out in detail what I need to do to keep moving forward on this Journey. At the current time I am starting to research doctors and therapists because I know down the road they will need to sign referrals for any surgeries. So my first question is, how do I find a good therapist, or psychiatrist that I know is going to be …

  12. I started HRT on November 10, 2017 and now that my health insurance deny me again and stats breasts augmentation surgery is not cover in my insurance. I have United Health Care Community Plan it’s NYS Medicaid. The surgeon I pick exams me on March 8, 2018 in his notes say I achieved size A cup. I can’t believe the doctor mess my chance to get breast augmentation/ reconstruction surgery. I ask the surgeon office if they do work with transgender female and going by their word. I still wear no bra. Everyone I interact with is really delaying me to achieve my goal. I feel so hopeless and being deny is just making me depressed more. I turn 40 on November 26 2018. My…

I had a disturbing experience last night. I was following the US election on Twitter when I noticed that a T-girl I follow was getting abuse from a man that she had chided for his comment that he had 'voted for Romney because he is white'. This man started to send her a heap of vile transphobic abuse and got his troll friends to do the same. I decided that I would take some of the hate from her shoulders, as she was clearly upset, and told the man that he did not have the right to call anyone a 'tranny and hoe' ( I assume that means whore). Naturally I then became the target. 'oh are you a tranny to, I bet mines bigger than yours' along with a drawing of his penis. …

  14. I had an appointment with a urologist on the 25th of last month to talk about the possibility of getting an orchiectomy. We discussed it a bit, and he fully approved it! So I'm waiting to hear back about when to get it scheduled. It should happen before the end of the year. I'm so excited I can barely keep my head together. The procedure is a lot like getting a vasectomy. I had a vasectomy in 2013. For those that don't know, with a vasectomy they make a small incision in the scrotum and remove a piece of the vas deferens which is the tube that carries sperm to the urethra during ejaculation. Then they stitch you up and send you on your way. It's an outpatient procedure th…

I was told over phone that the reason I am being denied for my breasts augmentation surgery cause I yet to completed 24 months of Hormones Replacement Therapy and not completed 24 months living as a female. Based on New York State Medicaid Policy. I truly expressed how I felt and how this is truly unfair by denying my Gender Dysphoria Treatment. I stated that when I originally had Doctor Jerry Chang to submit pre-authorization for breasts augmentation surgery I was denied on March 20, 2018 where United Health Care Community Plan was following United Health Care Community Plan Policy, Policy Number CS145.A, Effective Date 10/1/2017. Now, I want this denie…

Does anyone have any good tips for passing as more female? I would love to hear anyone's input on this. I would love to be able to go out more as myself but I am nervous because so far all I seem to get is stares and or ride comments on my appearance. I would love to be able to show more of my true self And femininity.

So today I did something brave. I went online and well was researching some things. So I measured my feet and got a real good accurate measurement. I found a really cute pair of high heel boots that were in my size. This is my first pair of heels. I had a base to go off of since I have tried some on before so I kinda new what size I would need. But I measured like 3 times to make sure they will fit. I can't wait for them to show up. It is the real first time I said screw it and just said whatever I really don't care what people think anymore. I have already lost just about everyone in my life that was important to me. Just by being not all my self. They don't even know wh…

So my Dysphoria has been really get to getting to me. Probably because I have been trying to fit into the mold everyone else has wanted me to fit into. Not the one I feel I should fit into. In any case it has made me depressed even worse and making me not want to do anything. So last night I decided I have to be me and if anyone else doesn't like it too bad. So I shaved my legs chest and arms. And soaked in a nice warm bath with the candles lit. It was so relaxing. I feel so so so much better now. Its gonna be hard to stay this way for me but I just need to. For me. When you feel like your mind doesn't fit the image of your body then you got to make changes to help with i…

Does anyone have any good exercise routines. I am really tired of my belly fat and would love to get healthier. I have a bad back several nerves pinched off by crushed discs so it's hard for me at times to get up and down off the floor. I know if I could loose some weight I would not only look better but feel better. I don't want to put in muscle mass just time and loose the belly fat. Get my waist back and everything any ideas would be great. Thanks ladies xoxo

Well time for me to once again go back into hiding. I hate that everyone is so afraid of people that are different. I got called out today in front of everyone about my chest that because of my natural hormones and an over active pituitary gland is getting larger. I really like that it is. But also for the fact that I was bent over pulling a part and I guess my pants had sagged down some and my underwear was showing some. Well this tech yelled really loud so everyone could hear just to make me feel like crap. So I guess it's back to being uncomfortable me at work. The person who I have always had to be. I just want to disappear now. Like my disphoria isn't enough of a pro…

I have struggled with my identity my whole life. From as long as I can remember I have been friends with more females than males. My inner self is definitely totally female. Played with my sister's barbie's and strawberry shortcake dolls more than my GI Joes. I don't feel myself unless I keep some sort of female piece of clothing on even at work. I work with a ton of homophobic and anti trans people at work most of which are gun toting card carrying memebers of the Republican party and NRA. I have to live a lie around them and my family. I told my Ex who I was and she was supportive for a min or two then betrayed me by outing me to the rest of my family. Now I don't feel …
