Well, recently I've been really feeling as if I belong as a boy. The thing is, I was extremely girly as a child. I am going to 7th grade currently, the hesitation in gender roles, and just being a girl started around 4th grade. That wasn't much though, I just started fearing wearing skirts. Actually, no, it was when puberty started for me. When my balls that were misplaced onto my chest started growing. (my way of saying it reduces frustration) My mom says that she just thinks its a hormonal imbalance because of that, and this is probably a phase. The thought of dressing as a girl, and everything as a GIRL not only scares me, but makes me angry, upset, and want to…

Using Estradot with herbs. Background. Began a few years ago with no difference between "band and nipple measurement." Started with herbs (Dong Quai, Kwao Krua, fenugreek, dandelion root, etc) which for me, quickly worked (from 0 to Stage 2 breast tissue, but no budding),...also focused on feminine foods (watercress, red clover, carrots, avocados, alfalfa, etc),...the result was quick, especially on breast tissue and weight distribution in the butt,...but peaked in just 3-4 months. Added Kwao Krua Thai cream,...another slight boost. maintained 2" between band to bust. Four mouths ago, started using a Medala pump,...which after a month became addicting,..…

Hello to everyone, I've recently come out at trans and have been looking for a place to get answers. I've been on HRT for three and a half months. Today's question is about the breast growth I can expect, currently I'd say I was at a small A cup. My biggest concern at the moment is that they seem to leak on occasion, just like a drip or so every once in a while. Is this normal? Any and all information is appreciated so thanks in advance.

Happy Easter! So lately I've been depressed over getting older, and all that comes with that. Also discovered reddit and when I'm bored I check out different reddit subgroups. Well there is a subreddit called transpassing and folks post pics of themselves asking whether or not they are 'passable', and asking for honest opinions and tips. I thought it was a nice positive thing at first, then not so much. They also talk about exactly 'what' is preventing them from passing as ftm or mtf. Here's my problem...sooo many things considered 'unpassable' in the mtf pics...I also have. I mean I am basically NOT PASSABLE, which is even worse because I was born female. I have l…

Thought this would be a neat thread, that could be potentially informative. I want you girls and guys to post stuff concerning potential scams or misinformation that appears as if it’s supposed to help us but in reality is a sham. I can think one such example are people on YouTube posting endless “this hypnosis will make you transition through subliminal blah blah blah” videos, often adding in their descriptions “subscribe to activate the magic” lol. But in all seriousness these things are kind of scummy as I think their reasoning is to make many very desperate trans people hope for some truth in these videos and give them ad revenue. I could give a beni…

Jessica and I have corresponded here now for some time . She had taken one of our members here by the hand and gave her a NEEDED trip to the keystone transgender conference and i am sooo glad she did . Seems Monica's life improved a lot as a result . Jessica herself is somewhat new to a transition and I'm glad I could be on hand to show her a few tips . Meanwhile , Jessica was on her way Southbound to begin her new Journey and I invited her into my current home of Richmond Virginia . I'm always THRILLED when I can meet one of you and I love being able to put a face to a name ! Here we are having dinner at the New York Deli next door to the historic Byrd Theater here …

Hi, I am a 22-year-old transman. I am planning to undergo top surgery in a couple of weeks. I had started on testosterone last year and have been doing pretty good. I would like to know how I need to prepare for the surgery and the things I need to be careful about. How long will I take to recover fully and when can I get back to my normal life? Waiting for your replies.

Hi all, long time since I visited here, hope all are well. My question is about the word transition, I have read about people who abandon transition due to money, location, and the like. Does transition only mean physical changes? In my non tg mind, transition happens inside first, like for a M to F person, they are transitioned already inside, it's the clothing and appearance that matter so much? If money is the issue, but you are M to F inside, can't just simple clothes and maybe makeup be OK? Or does the meaning of the word Transition mean that hormones and/or surgery is necessary? I met a auto magazine reporter who was born male, and all they do is wear femal…

I celebrated Trans Day of Visibility both yesterday in Washington DC and today , in Richmond Virginia . Let me explain that history was actually made in Richmond simply by a PUBLIC display of the event ! NEVER EVER has there been a public display of this , ever ! Locally, the Nationz foundation , primarily a outreach of Gay and Transgender people of color presented a wonderful panel discussion where Transgender people answered questions of what it means to be Transgender , Gay and add African American to the equation! Meanwhile , Yesterday , in Washington DC , I was at the No Ma Gallery Spaces presenting Diane Kelly's new book, The Sky Turned Green and the Grass tuned Bl…

Dear Friends, After I returned from a Gender Conference, I learned that a transwoman, who I don't personally know, but who is a dear friend of a friend of mine had GCS only a day after the Conference ended. The very next day, she had facial feminization surgery. During the facial feminization surgery, she aspirated vomit into her lungs, and went into a deep coma with a very poor prognosis, and then passed away a few days later. The doctor in question, was a speaker at the Conference, two of whose talks I attended, and he offered "free" mini-consults during the Conference, and I was told he offered discounts to those who agreed to surgery during the Conference. …
