About The TGGuide Web Team

About TGGuide - The team of webmasters, authors, moderators and contributors.

About the TGGuide Website and Social Media Team: The team consists primarily of Lori (webmaster), Michael ‘usernameoptional’ (forums), Jason ‘serviceman’ (programming and chat) and Jason Lee (social media). We are, of course, assisted by a dedicated team of others who freely donate their time to help promote a positive environment for the transgender community. Please thank them when you see them online.

Comments from Webmaster Lori: I embraced the early days of the internet as I was finally embracing my life-long journey to transition into a full-time feminine identity. Early transgender sites tended to be social clubs reserved for certain groups such as hetero crossdressers or MtF transwomen or only post-op transwomen. You get the idea. When I assumed editorial control of TGGuide and our affiliated sites, the segregation was over. We truly welcome all and always will as long as I operate this transgender network of sites.

We’ve been referring to our latest upgrade of TGGuide as version 4.0. We’ve been busy adding new social networking elements to the site. You’ll find plenty of opportunities to interact with others in our live trans chat, on our transgender forums, on our TGGuide Facebook page and on the TGGuide Twitter page.

It is a lot of work to maintain TGGuide.com and I sure could use some help if you’re so inclined. Send me an e-mail if you’d like to get involved or even better, message us on Facebook. Providing support for the transgender community is a labor of love. We couldn’t do it without the support of some great people who work behind the scenes.

Our Goal: No Trans Person Will Ever Have to Feel Isolated

It is my goal that nobody will ever have to feel so isolated and alone as we did back in the days prior to the Worldwide Web. You’re likely to find me engaged in conversations on our transgender forum and occasionally in our trans chat room. Please feel free to say hello but understand if I’m not able to reply immediately. I juggle many different tasks and do this in my spare time.

We’re working hard behind the scenes to build on the magnificent collection of information provided at TGGuide.com. Please don’t hesitate to Email Me to suggest ideas or even become a Moderator for one of the many directories here at TGGuide.com.
