I am breast pumping a few days a week. I am very happy with my progress after 11 years of effort. They are big enough that I can just stop, but I do not want too. It is almost the only thing I can do at the moment for my fem self. I am also currently taking pueraria mirifica and now progesterone daily.

I have very little time to be my fem self and cannot be Karen at home except on very rare occasions. I am single, but help take care of family members. I always hope to get out and be my fem self more in a safe environment. You know, like a leather/latex dungeon! One can dream.
I do not wear a mask much now, however I rarely leave the house. I am slightly less fearful of covid. Its very bad, I had it before anyone knew what it was. I am fully vaccinated (with the latest Oct 2023 booster), and will get updated vaccines when necessary. You should too! You don't want to catch any virus, particularly this one.
